Some first alleged specs of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Book Pro and Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 laptops have been revealed. It seems buyers can expect to find an OLED screen in their new Galaxy Book Pro while there will be a choice of Intel Core i5 and Core i7 processors. The Galaxy Book Pro and Pro 360 will be Windows-based devices.

New information about the Samsung Galaxy Book Pro and Galaxy Book Pro 360 has apparently been obtained and shared by SamMobile. We already reported about the laptops a short while ago when both series were mentioned in Bluetooth SIG documents, which also revealed there would be various SKUs for each model. For instance, the Bluetooth certification showed that the Galaxy Book Pro will come with Wi-Fi and LTE options whereas the convertible-type Galaxy Book Pro 360 will offer Wi-Fi and 5G variants.

Excitingly for Samsung fans, it appears both the Galaxy Book Pro and Pro 360 laptops will be fitted with high-end OLED screens, which will certainly be a plus point for many customers weighing up a potential purchase decision. Additionally, 13.3-inch and 15.6-inch sizes are going to be offered, and buyers will be able to select from Intel Core i5 and Core i7 chips, although there is no mention of precisely which parts. The recently released Samsung Galaxy Book Flex2 5G offers either an Intel Core i7-1165G7 or Intel Core i5-1135G7 for reference.

On top of the OLED screen temptation, S Pen support is also expected to be included with the Samsung Galaxy Book Pro and Galaxy Book Pro 360, which would be more surprising if it wasn’t integrated. Lastly, the source states that the Samsung laptops and convertibles will operate on Windows, so therefore they won’t be Chromebooks. It’s likely it won’t be too long before more concrete details and specifications start coming out about the new Galaxy Book Pro models thanks to their recent Bluetooth-related showing and now this latest information leak.
