Overall, one of the outstanding features of the realme 13 5G is its camera performance. It may not be as good as its pro variants but it manages to output an on-par quality. Aside from that it has a good display, with decent battery and charging performance. It may not have the vegan leather design it still has a unique touch to its overall design. Is it worth it for its price? Maybe. It is not the best phone at its price point but if you wanted a realme 13 device but you’re on a tight budget then this device is a solid buy.

At the start of the article, I noted that this phone does deliver under the necessary areas. That being said, I’m sure that its reliable performance is a surefire advantage for the realme 13 5G. Other than that, the phone also excels with its great battery life. It’s rated for an entire day’s usage, going through different tests with consistent results. However, it does have contentious points under its display, design, and software. I want to say that the pros outweigh the cons, but honestly, it evens out. Then again, things I didn’t like about the device are subjective. All I can say is, if you’re interested, then you’ll get a reliable daily driver for sure. My gripes lie with inconsistencies in display, bloatware plus ads, and a bit of lag during browsing.

The realme 13 achieves its goal as a budget gaming phone that combines a large display and battery with sufficient performance to tackle most mobile games. It even manages to cram in a camera with OIS and even manages to shoehorn in 5G connectivity too. As it stands, this is an otherwise decent all-rounder though if you have the budget to spare, get the higher end realme 13+ variant. The realme 13 is a budget gaming phone that has a large display, stereo speakers, 5G connectivity and sufficient endurance and performance to make it a decent offering for its price range.

The Realme 13 5G comes in two storage options: 8GB+128GB for Rs 17,999 and 8GB+256GB for Rs 19,999. However, it’s up against strong competition like the Moto G85 (review), Redmi 13 5G (review), and iQOO Z9x (review). The Moto G8 delivers similar performance, with the added bonus of a sleek design and an OLED display for a better multimedia experience. The Redmi 13 5G matches the performance, takes better selfies, and comes at a lower price. The iQOO Z9x outperforms the Realme 13 5G and is also more affordable. While the Realme 13 5G has its strengths in the camera department and battery life, it seems to be priced a bit high for what it offers.

ARM Mali-G52 MP2: Integrated mid range graphics card with 2 clusters. ARM states that the G52 series is 30% faster and 15% more efficient compared to the G51 series on the same process node.
Non demanding games should be playable with these graphics cards.

It is a small display format for smartphones. You shouldn't be severely defective in vision, and you won't see much detail on the screen and only have a small resolution available. For that, the device should be small and handy, easy to transport.
» To find out how fine a display is, see our DPI List.70.33%: This rating is poor. More than three quarters of the models are rated better. That is rather not a purchase recommendation. Even if verbal ratings in this area do not sound that bad ("sufficient" or "satisfactory"), they are usually euphemisms that disguise a classification as a below-average laptop.
