Reviews for the Infinix Hot 50 5G

In conclusion, the Infinix HOT 50 can be considered a modern top-tier option for its price. It stands out as a solid mid-range device at a budget-friendly cost of $165, offering a large 120Hz display, good performance, decent cameras, and reasonable battery life. Additionally, it features a stylish design that sets it apart from more common options. The sound quality is budget-level, but if you’re not too picky, it should suffice. The only notable drawback I would highlight is the power button, which is poorly designed. It’s deeply recessed, making it difficult to press quickly. Other than that, the device is quite impressive. The Infinix Hot 50 comes in two RAM variants, 4GB and 8GB which are priced Rs 9,999 and Rs 10,999, respectively. For its price, the device has a lot going for it. It has a capable processor that makes it one of the best performing devices in the segment. The cameras deliver decent results, with surprisingly good low-light performance and capture lovely selfies. The battery is another highlight, that offers ample screen-on-time for most users, though the charging speed could use some improvement. In terms of competition, the Infinix Hot 50 goes up against the itel Color Pro 5G (review) and the Realme Narzo N65 5G (review). The itel Color Pro 5G offers similar, if not slightly better, performance, and its cameras are a bit more impressive.

The Infinix Hot 50 5G launched in India at a starting price of Rs 9,999 and with bank offers you can get it for a lower price. In this price segment, the smartphone has a lot to offer. It looks premium, it has a gorgeous display, it has largely lag-free performance and offers an over-a-day battery life. We would definitely recommend the phone in this budget. However, if you still want to look for its alternatives, then Moto G45 5G is a good competitor, and if you can push your budget just a little, then Redmi 13 is also a good option.

Infinix delivered the promise it made with the Infinix Hot 50 smartphone. It is a great budget smartphone that will not disappoint you. It has a decent display with accurate colors for a better viewing experience. Its chipset is powerful enough to play modern games at decent framerates and even has a 5G modem inside. The rear camera performance is also equally impressive and so is the battery life. On top of all that, it has an eye-catching design that looks quite cool. Usually, budget phones do not have a great design but the Infinix Hot 50 does. The pricing was also done right and will be an attractive option for anyone looking to buy a new phone in this price range.

ARM Mali-G52 MP2: Integrated mid range graphics card with 2 clusters. ARM states that the G52 series is 30% faster and 15% more efficient compared to the G51 series on the same process node.
Non demanding games should be playable with these graphics cards.

It is a small display format for smartphones. You shouldn't be severely defective in vision, and you won't see much detail on the screen and only have a small resolution available. For that, the device should be small and handy, easy to transport.
» To find out how fine a display is, see our DPI List.85%: This rating is slightly above average, there are somewhat more devices with worse ratings. However, clear purchase recommendations look different.
