Realme's registration of a new smartphone with China's TENAA regulator seems to reveal that the OEM has taken inspiration from Xiaomi's top-end devices in its design. The device in question is said to be of the next-gen 11 series; should that be the case, its new look represents a significant departure from those of its 10 Pro predecessor.

Realme is working on an 11 series of Android smartphones already - according to new leaks, that is. The OEM is thought to have made a lot of progress with these upgrades, as a (relatively) novel rear panel, camera hump included, has been developed for the devices by now.

According to the leaker Mukul Sharma (or @stufflistings), it aims for instantly-recognizable flagship status with a switch to prominent round camera housings in this generation. Therefore, there are minimal prizes for guessing which premium Xiaomi look their brand has gone for this time.

Yes, Realme is probably following the 12S Ultra trend with its updated design; then again, the actual effect may be more reminiscent of the Honor X40 series in truth. A closer look reveals 3 lenses set in a line within concentric rings of glass-like material.

Additional leaks hint at 2 different devices with this new design: the Realme RMX3770 and RMX3740, which have also reportedly leaked onto the 3C database as of late with 67W and 100W charging respectively. These details contribute to rumors that they will launch as successors to the 10 Pro and Pro+. Should that be the case, it may be interesting to see if their new look works as a Coca-Cola Edition in the near future.
