The gaming-focused accessory brand ROCCAT's latest keyboards are called the Magma and Pyro. Their maker asserts they are well equipped for their main use-case with its proprietary Easy-Shift[+] button duplicator system. It allows the user to assign alternative functions to the WASD zone in response to a long-press of the caps lock button.
The ROCCAT Magma also offers a new nearly see-through design for its AIMO RGB system. It also has a membrane under this top plate for a silent typing experience. For those who don't mind more clacking, the brand has sourced "red" switches from TCC with 2.0mm actuation and a linear experience.
The Pyro also has a brushed aluminum top plate, a "solid" build quality and a life-span of 50 million keystrokes. The 2 new keyboards also come with detachable palm-rests. ROCCAT has put both new products up for pre-order, and has priced the Magma at US$60 and the Pyro at $100 from now, and will go on general sale on May 30, 2021.
