Reviews for the Oppo Realme 2 Pro

Realme 2 Pro is an amazing device with a perfect camera results and perfect specs and features. Its price is very affordable and the design looks more beautiful because of its notch display design. The device is very easy to carry and it will not disappoint you in any case. It doesn’t have any major disadvantage, only the back body is a little slippery. In this price range, 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage are spectacular.

While flagships start to further climb in prices, consumers are looking to experience new smartphones that provide the best value and hardware. Realme 2 Pro is quite a unique offering in this regard. Created by a brand founded in 2018, the 2 Pro comes with flagship hardware such as a dew-drop notch, high capacity storage, RAM and also dual cameras. The enticing part is the price, it is available for under $400. If you are looking to purchase the Realme 2 Pro, here is our complete review after thoroughly testing it and putting it through its paces.

The Realme 2 Pro as of now is the only device that offers 8GB of RAM paired with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset for less than RM1100, which is amazing value if you ask me. Multitasking on this phone is a breeze with no lags at all during my general use tests and gaming. On the other hand, the camera is decent as well, with a few drawbacks in terms of its low light capability with rather mediocre sounding speakers.

The Realme 2 Pro, then, is an interesting phone. It uses a midrange processor, boasts top-end RAM and internal storage, but comes with – by today’s standards – an entry level price tag. It’s a proposition that’s hard to pass up if you’re looking solely for value-for-money.

The Realme 2 Pro definitely has a lot to offer for those looking for a device that has a lot of computing power and we’re ready to forgive its shortcomings if the company gives this device a solid sticker price when it officially launches on our shores. If they manage to stick to the price tag that they announced in Jakarta a few weeks ago, which starts at roughly Php 10,000 for the base model, then we can easily see the Realme 2 Pro as one of the top sellers in the country.

What you won’t be getting, though, is some features like the Google Lens but it could be included in software updates. For now, availability in the Philippines is still unknown, but Realme has made it official that they will be bringing the brand here in the country, so we’ll just have to wait.

Realme 2 Pro is one of the best devices you can currently get in the mid-range segment in India. The phone’s sharp display, modern design, brilliant imaging sensors and capable processing hardware does make the new Realme smartphone stand out in the crowd.

Is there a catch with the Realme 2 Pro’s aggressive pricing? We’ll have to see—we’re reserving judgment until we get our hands on a unit to put through our own tests. As it stands, the Realme 2 Pro looks like a winner though, especially if the company follows the pricing in Indonesia.

The Realme 2 Pro undercuts its rivals by introducing a top-of-the-line mid-range chipset from Qualcomm at a price never before seen. Further, it also sports the latest notched design and a laminated glass body. In comparison to many other phones, the Realme 2 Pro certainly looks enticing, but like everything else, it's not perfect either. Read the full review to find out.

The Realme 2 Pro is a very strong contender at this price. Yet another high quality option for those looking to spend less on their next smartphone.

The Realme 2 Pro is what the Realme 2 should have been in the first place - a true successor to the Realme 1, better in every way, and still offered at a tempting price. The Realme 2 Pro keeps the cool looks, but improves the screen, the performance, the main and the selfie cameras, and has more storage.

The Realme 2 Pro has a lot going for it, mainly its sharp and vivid display, fast face unlock, neatly designed notch, good build quality, and solid app and gaming performance. Low-light still and video performance could have been better and we wish that Realme (and Oppo) would get rid of the annoying way that notifications are handled.

RealMe 2 Pro is a feature-rich smartphone available at an attractive price point. It does have a display with the maximum screen-to-body ratio, great performance, and premium glass design. It could have been better if they have included near stock UI instead of custom UI plagued with bloatware. The RealMe 2 Pro is the one to get if you want the new dewdrop notch combined with great performance and smart cameras.

Realme 2 Pro comes loaded with pretty interesting features and the specifications are pretty aggressive. And so is the price tag. With this, the phone gives a stiff competition with the likes of Xiaomi Mi A2, Vivo V9 Pro, Motorola One Power and more.

Realme 2 Pro is another perfect handset launched by the company. It performs in every category be it quality, performance, camera and battery. An excellent buy, not sure how the Ice Lake color variant will look but the Blue Ocean looks awesome.

If you can pardon Realme for its naming scheme, the Realme 2 Pro is what we wanted the Realme 2 to be. It is a fantastic step up from the Realme 1 and it reflects a brand that's gaining more confidence with each product. The Realme 2 Pro takes everything to the max as far as one can expect from a mid-range smartphone. It comes with a great waterdrop display and a powerful Snapdragon chipset. The 8GB variant seems excessive, but it's available at a segment-first price of Rs 17,990, which is a pretty great deal. However, I think it's the 4GB and 6GB variants at Rs 13,990 and 15,990, respectively, that should see the most response. The Realme 2 Pro is a no compromises phone available at some great, disruptive prices.

It is a small display format for smartphones. You shouldn't be severely defective in vision, and you won't see much detail on the screen and only have a small resolution available. For that, the device should be small and handy, easy to transport.
» To find out how fine a display is, see our DPI List.82%: This rating is slightly above average, there are somewhat more devices with worse ratings. However, clear purchase recommendations look different.
