OnePlus officially announces two new chargers with up to 120W fast charging
OnePlus is gearing up to hold a relatively big launch event in China. It's set for April 28, 2026, and at the event, the company will introduce its new gaming phone, the Ace 6 Ultra. However, the smartphone won't be the only star of the show, as the brand will be introducing a couple of brand-new accessories under its name.
The 100W "Small Square Bottle Pro" is one of them. It's a single-port power adapter with support for 100W fast charging. OnePlus has confirmed that this rating isn't just for the devices with support for the SuperVOOC standard, and there's support for popular protocols like PD, UFCS, and QC 3.0.
While the company didn't share much else about the charger in the teaser, Oppo recently released an identical fast charger. It also comes with a 100W power output rating, and it's paired with a PD 3.1 cable that supports 240W fast charging (6-feet Anker 240W cable curr. $16.99 on Amazon). OnePlus has shown something similar in the pictures.
This 100W fast charging is also compact in size, with Oppo confirming that the adapter measures 56x33.5x33.5mm and weighs 90 grams. However, unlike the charger from Oppo, OnePlus will offer it in the company's theme colorway, which is a mix of red and white.
One more charger will be released under the OnePlus branding, which is the non-Pro "Small Square Bottle," and it features two Type-C ports. The company says that the adapter is capable of offering up to 120W fast charging in single-port mode, and with both ports in use, the total output can reach 125W.
It's worth noting that this two-port OnePlus charger is a rebrand as well, sharing an identical design to the 120W GaN adapter Oppo recently released. The specs are expected to be similar as well, meaning that there will be support for multiple protocols, including PD, PPS, QC 3.0, and UFCS.
While OnePlus didn't share any pricing details, the Oppo 100W fast charger costs CNY 229, about $33. The 120W adapter, on the other hand, has a launch price tag of CNY 269, around $39.
