OnePlus is currently offering discounts on multiple smartphones, tablets, and wearables on its official website. A new coupon code, “LUCKY25”, provides varying discounts on select items. The discount can be availed by using the coupon code at checkout, valid till March 16, 2025. Below are the items that are eligible for a discount using the coupon.
OnePlus 12
OnePlus 12 is a 2024 flagship smartphone from the company. The highlight of the phone is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC providing a high-end experience. Additionally, it has a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED panel with a resolution of 1440 x 3168 pixels. The triple rear camera setup comprises a 50MP primary, 64MP telephoto and a 48MP ultra-wide sensor. For selfies, it has a 32MP shooter.
The phone came out with Android 14 OS and the brand promises 4 major Android OS updates. Lastly, it has a 5,400mAh battery capacity with a 100W fast charging support.
The discount is valid on the variant with 16GB RAM and 512GB internal storage. It usually costs $899, but the coupon code gives a $200 discount bringing the price down to $699.
OnePlus Open
OnePlus Open is a foldable smartphone that launched in 2023. It features a 7.82-inch AMOLED inner display with a resolution of 2268 x 2440 pixels. The cover display is a 6.31-inch OLED panel with a resolution of 1116 x 2484 pixels.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. It launched with Android 13 and is upgradable to Android 15. The device has three color options: Emerald Dusk, Voyager Black, and Crimson Shadow.
Do note that the Emerald Dusk and Voyager Black options get 4 major Android OS updates along with 5 years of security patches, while the Crimson Shadow color only gets 3 major Android OS updates and 4 years of security patches.
The 16/512GB variant is listed for $1,699. The coupon code reduces the price by $500, making it $1,199.
OnePlus Pad 2
The OnePlus Pad 2 is a premium Android tablet launched in 2024. It features a 12.1-inch IPS LCD with 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and 900 nits peak brightness. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. The device has a 9510mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.
It launched with Android 14 OS and is upgradable to Android 15 OS. However, the company has not listed the software support for the tablet on the official site, and hence it is better to confirm from a OnePlus representative before investing in a tablet with uncertain software support.
It is listed for $549 for the 12/256GB variant. The coupon code brings the price down to $479. Additionally, the company is offering a gift, with two options to choose from: the Stylo 2 or the Folio Case 2.
OnePlus Watch 2 and Watch 2R
The Watch 2 and Watch 2R have price tags of $300 and $229 respectively. The "LUCKY25" coupon code is also valid on the smartwatches, reducing the price by $50. Do note that the successor to Watch 2, the OnePlus Watch 3, is already available at a slightly higher price of $329.
The Watch 2 and Watch 2R come with a 1.43-inch AMOLED display and are powered by the Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chipset. Both smartwatches are powered by Wear OS. The Watch 2 has a stainless steel frame, while the Watch 2R has a aluminum build.
The coupon code also brings a $30 discount on wireless earbuds offerings including the Buds 3, Buds Pro 3, and Nord Buds 3 Pro.
Before purchasing an older-generation device, it's important to check the number of Android OS updates and security patches it will receive. It’s also worth considering hardware longevity, and resale value before making a decision.
