Oppo s reportedly set to launch a new "compact" phone soon. This phone, the Oppo Find X8 Mini, has also been tipped to be rebadged as the OnePlus 13 Mini on the global market, and a new leak has now revealed key info on its camera hardware.
As shared by leaker Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the Oppo Find X8 Mini will feature a 50 MP 1/1.56-inch main camera with an f/1.8 aperture. Joining that will be a 50 MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 50 MP 3.5x zoom periscope lens. Accounting for both optical and digital zoom, the phone will be able to shoot at the 0.6x, 1x, 2x, 3.5x, and 7x ranges.
While it's unknown if the rumored OnePlus 13 Mini will adopt this exact camera setup, expectant fans will be hoping it does, as it would make the compact device the most compelling option amongst its peers. The Xiaomi 15, another 6.3-inch device, sports an identical camera array but is set to be priced at a whopping €1,099 in Europe—like its predecessor. Seeing as the OnePlus 13 costs €999, the OnePlus 13 is all but certain to be cheaper than its Xiaomi rival. There is, of course, also the vanilla Galaxy S25 (buy on Amazon).
