Reviews for the OnePlus 11 5G

89.1% OnePlus 11 5G Smartphone Review: A competitive Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 flagship with some unmissable quirks | Notebookcheck
The OnePlus 11 promises a premium, flagship-class smartphone experience with its Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, improved imaging sensors, UFS 4.0 storage, and long-term OS updates. However, OnePlus complements these developments with a few regressions in order to keep the price competitive.
90% OnePlus 11 review: a real OnePlus phone, and a true return to form
Source: Digital Trends English
The OnePlus 11 is a real OnePlus phone. It’s polished, expertly made, ergonomic, and very pretty. The camera takes very shareable photos that have their own character, and I have the feeling an expert editor can make them into something really special. The battery life is excellent, and the fast charging is desirable and sets it apart from the competition. While the software isn’t quite as wonderful as OxygenOS of old, it’s much better than before. And yes, the phone has an alert slider, just like a OnePlus phone should. The OnePlus 11 is a proper return to form for a company that was in danger of losing its way — and we highly recommend it.

Showing power in the Chinese Style, OnePlus 11 Review
Source: Tech Amaze English
Some potential advantages of the OnePlus 11 include a powerful processor, high-refresh-rate display, fast charging, excellent camera quality, and OxygenOS 12. On the downside, the OnePlus 11 may suffer from unimpressive battery life, limited availability, lack of expandable storage, and no wireless charging. Furthermore, some consumers may find the potentially high price of the phone an obstacle. Overall, the OnePlus 11 has the potential to be a highly desired smartphone among enthusiasts and tech-savvy users. However, to have a conclusive review, we will have to wait for the official announcement and release of the phone.

OnePlus 11 long-term review
Source: GSM Arena English
By now we assume you can pretty clearly see the picture we're painting. The OnePlus 11 is very good, just don't expect it to excel at any specific thing and you're set. Compared to the Xiaomi 13 Pro that we've recently reviewed long-term, it has a much better chance of selling well simply based on how it pairs all that with its price. It's still cheaper in most markets than Samsung's Galaxy S23+, which is the model that's closest in market positioning from the Korean company's roster, and aside from wireless charging, slightly better water resistance, and 1x more zoom from the telephoto camera, we don't know what else you would be missing. Not just that, but you're getting a lot of stuff here that the Samsung can't deliver - a higher-res screen, a bigger battery, and much faster charging, for example. So if you're in the market for an Android smartphone at around the OnePlus 11's price point, we think you should definitely at least shortlist it, if not go right ahead and buy one.

90% OnePlus 11 Review: The “Flagship Killer” is BACK
Source: Know Your Mobile English
I’d argue the OnePlus 11 is an excellent option over the Pixel 7. OnePlus matches Google’s support level, the OnePlus 11 has a better CPU than the Tensor 2 used inside the Pixel 7, so performance will be better, and, speaking personally, I think it is a much nicer looking phone. For me, the ONLY reason why you’d get the Pixel 7 over the OnePlus 11 is because you want that Pixel-grade camera quality. If you can live without that and are more interested in overall performance in general, then, yes, the OnePlus 11 is totally worth it in 2023.

82% OnePlus 11 Marble Odyssey: Elegant, understated and literally cool!
Source: Tech PP English
Which brings us to the big question: is it special enough to go for? We think it is. This is one of the most distinct-looking smartphones in a market where premium is becoming increasingly predictable and innovation largely limited to hardware tweaks. It does not scream out its difference, but the eyes that see it closely and the hands that touch it will find it difficult to resist. It is not only the best OnePlus to buy right now but is perhaps the most quietly classy-looking Android flagship out there. And it is a cool customer too. Literally! The OnePlus 11 Marble Odyssey is only slightly more expensive than the 'normal' OnePlus 11 of similar configuration and is one of the most elegant flagships we have seen in recent times.

94% OnePlus 11 5G review: budget flagship
Source: Root Nation English
OnePlus 11 5G is a powerful flagship. At the same time, it is a decent compromise between price and powerful performance. The smartphone has a gorgeous LTPO3 AMOLED display with the highest resolution, a top-of-the-line Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor with amazing performance, good battery life, 100W charging, and excellent cameras. Are there any drawbacks? Yes, there is no water protection and no wireless charging, but this is not so important for everyone. The lack of microSD support is also not encouraging. In addition, the screen does not have the best peak brightness. But let’s not forget about the price! Not so long ago, I tested the flagship Samsung Galaxy S23+, so I’d like to make a brief comparison in conclusion. These smartphones have almost identical hardware: three cameras, the same amount of permanent memory, and a Qualcomm 8 Gen 2 processor. The Samsung model costs from 40,000 UAH and does not have a version with 12 or 16 GB of RAM and has a lower resolution screen. The cameras are also less interesting.

OnePlus 11 Display test
Source: DxOMark English
The OnePlus 11’s display performance was little changed from the company’s previous-generation device, the OnePlus 10 Pro. Both achieved the same overall score, even though the OnePlus 11 is in the Premium segment, compared with the OnePlus 10 Pro’s Ultra-Premium standing. The OnePlus 11’s display performance makes the device suitable for gaming thanks to the screen’s responsive touch, smoothness, and 120 Hz refresh rate. The display didn’t show any frame mismatches in testing, however some images displayed aliasing when gaming. The device’s display was quite readable in indoor conditions, but it lacked brightness when lighting conditions were more extreme, such as in dark ambient lighting or when outdoors, especially under sunlight. Colors were rendered correctly on the OnePlus 11’s screen, but even though color fidelity was good, the colors always appeared very saturated in all lighting conditions. Watching videos on the OnePlus 11 was challenging because the brightness was too low and the contrast was not well-rendered, making the darkest shades of the content nearly invisible.

OnePlus 11 Camera test
Source: DxOMark English
The OnePlus 11 delivered a good performance in the DXOMARK Camera tests, thanks to good exposure and high levels of detail in photo and video. However, color rendering issues and unwanted image artifacts had a negative impact on the overall score. Still images offered good exposure and detail as well as low noise. A wide dynamic range ensured good detail in both the highlight and shadow regions of the frame. However, our testers observed a halo effect around subjects and grid patterns in high-contrast scenes. The ultra-wide camera delivered nice pictures, with good exposure and vivid colors, but at tele zoom settings our experts saw a noticeable loss of texture on the subject, especially in low light and at longer subject distances. Overall video quality was very good across most light conditions, with good exposure and detail. However, white balance instabilities and slight noise when recording under indoor conditions had a negative impact on the video score.

OnePlus 11 Battery test
Source: DxOMark English
The OnePlus 11 performed well in our battery test protocols and obtained a very good global score thanks to an excellent charge experience. The OnePlus 11’s autonomy was slightly below average. When used moderately, the 5000 mAh battery lasted only a bit more than 2 days. The autonomy was poor during the idle phase and music streaming, but decent when watching videos and gaming, and quite good when on-the-go. The device’s powerful 100W charger, which comes in the box, provided an excellent charging experience. Indeed, it took only 18 minutes to charge 80% of the battery capacity and 29 minutes to reach a full charge. The autonomy gained after a quick 5-minute boost was also excellent at more than 8 hours. The charge efficiency was also very good, but the adapter efficiency and the residual consumption of the charger were slightly higher than average. Higher-than-average discharge currents especially during idle phases and when streaming music affected the efficiency results. However, the discharge currents when gaming or when on the go were decent. The varying results in discharge currents indicate that the device could be further optimized to improve its autonomy. When comparing the OnePlus 11 with other devices from the Premium segment ($600-$799), it still ranked in the upper part of the database. The autonomy and charging experience were among the best for this segment, but the efficiency score was below the average.

85% OnePlus 11 review: The right way to compromise
Source: Android Police English
The OnePlus 11 isn’t a perfect device, but it’s another big step in the right direction for the company. One year ago, we saw the OnePlus 10 Pro as a device destined to fail to find an audience outside a specific niche, thanks in part to a poor software experience and a sky-high price that went against what fans love about the company. If the 10T served as a course correction, an impressive phone that nonetheless wasn’t as premium as some of its competitors, this is the model that finally puts the company back on track. Really, it’s all about price. Starting at $700, the OnePlus 11 is only $50 more than the company’s most recent T-series phone, and it comes with some big improvements. Although the design alternates between boring and gaudy, it's perfectly serviceable, and the camera can capture some impressive shots without too much effort. A great display, incredible performance, and some of the best battery life I've ever seen on a phone helps make this one of the best OnePlus devices in recent years. Although it feels unlikely, if OxygenOS can get some much-needed attention when Android 14 arrives later this year, don't be surprised if some fans start declaring the company's on a comeback run.

Oneplus 11 5G Long-Term Review: The Most Loaded Oneplus Non-Pro Phone To Date
Source: Tech2.in.com English
The OnePlus 11 5G can be purchased for Rs 56,999 for the 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant and Rs 61,999 for the one with double the RAM and storage, with a one year warranty. That would make it probably the most expensive non-Pro OnePlus phone to date. But then, it is also their most loaded, and does offer certain features that are comparable and some even better than the OnePlus 10 Pro. It does miss out on a couple of features like IP68 rated ingress protection and wireless charging that is available on the Pro, but what you get here far outweighs what you don’t. You get a phone with the most powerful SoC around, ample RAM and storage with a faster interface, an excellent LTPO3 QHD+ display, good battery backup with fast charging and last but not the least, versatile and competent rear cameras. User interface aside, one can expect OS and security updates for another three years keeping the phone relevant for a lot longer. All things considered, the OnePlus 11 5G is a good all-round phone and easily the best from the company in the past two years. As for alternatives, check this out.

OnePlus 11 Review — A return to form, but a tough sell
Source: Ausdroid English
There are a few reasons I say this, starting with the fact that there is no official pathway to acquire a OnePlus device in Australia. Yes, you can get them relatively easily, but it is usually through importers and can leave you with an issue should your phone be defective. If you shop around, you should be able to pick one up for between $1,100.00 and $1,200.00 at a variety of online retailers. At that price, however, I’d probably point most people to the Pixel 7 or (when it’s on sale) the Pixel 7 Pro. I’m genuinely excited about what OnePlus offers next, but until there are pathways to getting the device “officially” with a recognised support pathway as well as an Australian network and electrical certifications, I just can’t recommend them to anyone in Australia.

90% OnePlus 11 Review
Source: Trusted Reviews English
The OnePlus 11 is the first OnePlus smartphone I don’t really have any major complaints about; the design is great and easy to use one-handed, the display is at the top of its game both in terms of quality and built-in tech and, for the first time, there are no real complaints about the camera setup both in well-lit and low-light conditions. Performance is also solid thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and, when combined with a 5000mAh battery and 100W charging tech, the phone lasts all day. When it does run flat, it can go from flat to full in less than half an hour. It’s also more affordable than the Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus and Galaxy S23 Ultra and likely many of the other best phones that will arrive this year. Of course, there are minor niggles that may swing the vote either way – including the lack of wireless charging and a rather basic selfie camera – but for the most part, the OnePlus 11 ticks all the main boxes without being too expensive.

When it comes to affordable smartphones, the cheaper options are getting better and better. Just look at the Nothing Phone (1), or the Sony Xperia 10 IV, which proves that solid AV performance on a smartphone doesn’t have to cost the Earth. That being said, the OnePlus signifies a step up from these devices, with a nicer build, better cameras and top-tier day-to-day performance that truly makes it a solid choice if you’re after your next Android smartphone. With a screen that’s easy to enjoy thanks to it being impressively specced for the price, and an underwhelming but inoffensive audio performance, the OnePlus 11 offers a lot for the money, and that’s really its main draw. OnePlus set out to create a flagship device that undercuts the competition when it comes to pricing, and it has mostly succeeded in its mission.

OnePlus 11 Review: Is It 100% Worth It?
Source: Know Your Mobile English
All things being equal, the only real area where the OnePlus 11 loses ground to its main competition – the Pixel 7 – relates to its camera; it’s decent enough, arguably fine for 99.9% of users, but in a side by side comparison, the Pixel 7’s is just a better overall shooter, and this is largely down to Google’s command of machine learning. OnePlus surpasses Google’s support level, the OnePlus 11 has a better CPU than the Tensor 2 used inside the Pixel 7, so performance will be better, and, speaking personally, I think it is a much nicer looking phone. For me, the ONLY reason why you’d get the Pixel 7 over the OnePlus 11 is because you want that Pixel-grade camera quality. If you can live without that and are more interested in overall performance in general, then, yes, the OnePlus 11 is totally worth it in 2023. And while there are some concessions, given OnePlus’ new pricing structure, I don’t think they’re worth losing too much sleep over. If you can live without these MIA features, and you want some of the best Android and software support in the Android space right now, I think the OnePlus 11 is well worth a look in 2023.

OnePlus 11 Review: A Mixed Bag For The Once-Flagship Killer
Source: Lowyat.net English
The OnePlus 11 is undoubtedly a good flagship for the brand’s lineup, going back to its original goal of providing bang for the buck. That said, aside from the refreshed design, it feels more like a minor update to last year’s devices rather than a proper new offering. For those who are looking for a new flagship, it’s hard to argue with the pricing as it is offering a relatively decent camera, great charging support, and amazing battery life, all in a very familiar package. However, if you’re already using a 10T or 10 Pro, there’s not much about the 11 that should compel you to get an upgrade unless you’re really that desperate for the alert slider.

OnePlus 11 Review | Turned Up To 11?
Source: Tech Spurt English
Reviewing the OnePlus 11, a 2023 flagship phone sporting upgraded camera tech, serious gaming performance and strong battery life. If you're after a do-it-all smartphone to rival the Pixel 7 Pro and for less cash than Samsung's S23 Ultra, the OnePlus 11 is definitely worth considering. I've used this handset as my full-time phone for just over a week, so here's my final verdict. Check out my other reviews of the biggest and best mobiles right now! This 6.7-inch Android 13 blower serves up premium specs including an LTPO 3.0 display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and 5000mAh battery with 100W charging. While the OnePlus 11 may not be as quick as the 10T at powering back up, the performance is beefier and the camera is upgraded to Sony's IMX890. I certainly got some good photos and video out of this phone during my week with it. And while OxygenOS 13 isn't too different from ColorOS, it's still an enjoyable launcher that adds some nifty features to the OnePlus 11. So are you tempted? Let us know below!

87% OnePlus 11 Review: the best OnePlus flagship phone in years and it is priced right
Source: Phone Arena English
After using the OnePlus 11 for a while, we can say that it feels like OnePlus is kind of back. The company made quite a few mis-steps in the past couple of years, but the OnePlus 11 feels like a device that is well positioned for success. At its $700 price, it undercuts most other phones on the market. It is actually the most affordable flagship phone with the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip inside. Here is what we loved the most about the OnePlus 11: the beautiful and lightweight design feels way more comfortable than lugging around a giant and heavier phone, the phone runs fast and smooth, the insane charging speeds change the way you think about charging your phone in general, and all just seems to work well. The camera remains the one thing that OnePlus cannot quite impress us with. It's a decent shooter, but decent doesn't cut it when you are competing with the Galaxy S23, Pixel 7 series and the iPhone 14 family. We are also iffy about the software and all its quirks and weird way to clear and expand notifications. We were also surprised to see the phone throttle more than others with this powerful chip, but this should probably only worry hardcore gamers. However, the big promise that OnePlus makes is that it will support this phone longer than ever before and it will keep it up to date. That's huge! If OnePlus lives up to its promise, the OnePlus 11 is finally a new flagship by the company that we can actually recommend.

OnePlus 11 5G review - Impressive performance, excellent battery life and unbeatable value
Source: Tech Nave English
Priced at RM3299 for the 8/128GB variant and RM3599 for the 16/256GB configuration, the OnePlus 11 is hands down one of the best overall smartphone packages in the market. The combination of top-of-the-line specs, a solid camera system and excellent battery life is almost unbeatable at this price range. If you can "settle" with shortcomings like its lack of wireless charging, IP64 rating, only 256GB of non-expandable storage, and mediocre telephoto lens, then it's definitely a no-brainer purchase. More than anything, the OnePlus 11 is a return to form for OnePlus after its slump over the past couple of years. One thing to consider if your budget allows for it is whether you should spend more and get the Samsung Galaxy S23. At RM3899, the Galaxy S23 offers a slightly better processor with the customised Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy, wireless and reverse wireless charging, an IP68 rating, as well as a better, albeit smaller display. However, the 11 5G does have considerably faster wired charging and a significantly bigger battery. That's it for our OnePlus 11 5G review! So, what do you guys think of this latest flagship by OnePlus? Share your thoughts with us in the comments below. 90% OnePlus 11 5G – Review
Source: Cool Smartphone English
As i inclined at the top of this review i am impressed with what I have seen about the OnePlus 11 5G and i am happy to have had the chance to use it for the time i have been able to do so. I suppose though the real test of it is whether I would buy one with my own hard-earned cash. Well for me it is a no but where does that leave you the normal consumer? I would defiantly give this phone a look it is a great-looking and very powerful phone that comes in at an awesome price point. Yes, there are a few things that are missing such as Wireless Charging and a full IP 68 rating but the lack of wireless charging was really a non-issue for me as the battery life is really good and the IP rating doesn’t bother me at all. I was also very impressed by the camera as this is a massive step in the right direction from what I had seen during my last time using a Co-developed camera (OnePlus 9 series). it seems that OnePlus and Hassleblad have actually figured out what is important to people and made sure that this works for them. In all honesty, If you were to give me a batch of photos from either the Pixel 7 Pro or the OnePlus 11 5G and ask me which was which I would struggle to tell you either way. So if you fancy a phone that is one of the most powerful currently in the market with a respectable camera and a sensible price point, then you could do a lot worse than getting a OnePlus 11 5G, and the good news is that if you do want one you can order it now from OnePlus or from Amazon right now. Prices start at £729.00, when you are there then be sure to also pick up one of their cases, as well as this, is a slippy customer, particularly in the Eternal Green colour like the one I have been testing!

It takes very good photos and good videos, but it could do better. It has good speakers, but could have better. In addition, however, it looks pretty cool, has a very decent display and a nice interface, and fast charging and a charger included. All in all, it comes out quite OK - I'm afraid that compared to other flagships, it will simply become one of many, but it will certainly not disappoint OnePlus fans, of which there are surprisingly many in our country.

The OnePlus 11 smartphone does have the charm to appeal to the flagship killer segment and it got a robust set of features that grants impressive software and hardware configuration. Besides this, there aren’t that many flaws in the phone, you are getting decent camera quality, an impressive display, robust battery life, fast charging, and the list can go on and on. Overall, if you are a OnePlus smartphone fan, you can consider this phone in the flagship category. But at the same time, if you want to try something different and the camera quality is the most important factor, then going with the Motorola Moto X40 smartphone would be the best choice with a clean UI. But if you are looking for a complete package, you have the Reno 9 Pro Plus smartphone. We have presented the alternative options so make the final deal according to your wish.

It’s also a bit of a bargain. The $700 starting price in the U.S. puts it in direct competition with the Google Pixel 7 and crucially undercuts the Pixel 7 Pro and the Galaxy S23. That’s a very tempting price, and it feels and performs like a phone that costs more. That’s another reason it’s a proper OnePlus phone. The OnePlus 11 is a proper return to form for a company that was in danger of losing its way — and we highly recommend it.

80% OnePlus 11 5G Review: This Flagship Ticks All the Right Boxes, Except for One
Source: Gear Diary English
The OnePlus 11 clearly marks a change in strategy for OnePlus’ flagship offerings. With this phone, it feels like the company is returning to its roots by focusing on value without making too many compromises. In fact, OnePlus claims it has no plans for a “Pro” flagship this year. Even so, there’s absolutely no doubt that for $699, the OnePlus 11 delivers top-notch specs and a fantastic user experience. I like the OnePlus 11’s unique design, quality materials, beautiful display, well-tuned cameras, excellent speakers, blazing performance, solid battery life, wired fast charging, and polished software. But the competition is more intense than ever, with Google, in particular, delivering well-rounded flagships with incredible value. As such, removing important features – like wireless charging – to save a few dollars is misguided. It’s simply not wise to cut corners in today’s flagship game, especially in markets like the US. If you want a better screen, a superior chip, fast wired charging, and you can live without wireless charging, I highly recommend the OnePlus 11. But if you need wireless charging or want a better camera and don’t mind a smaller display and a less powerful chip, the Pixel 7 is a no-brainer. Either way, you can’t go wrong.

70% OnePlus 11 5G review: a great phone that’s a tough sell
Source: The Verge English
For everyone who isn’t a OnePlus devotee, I hesitate to recommend the 11. The Pixel 7 comes with a much smaller 6.3-inch screen, but it checks a couple of boxes that the 11 misses, including wireless charging and an IP68 rating. And even though it lacks a dedicated telephoto camera, image quality is better overall. It’s also a bit cheaper, with a $599 MSRP that’s currently (permanently?) marked down to $499. Maybe there’s a case for the OnePlus 11 if you really want a device with a big high-quality screen and you want to pay a bit less than Samsung charges for one. Or maybe you’re the kind of person OnePlus is hoping to court — someone who wants that “something different” phone. I’m glad that there’s a viable alternative to Samsung and Google in the OnePlus 11. But as much as we all love an underdog, most people probably need to look no further than those established brands.

76% OnePlus 11 Camera Review: A OnePlus in the super cameraphone house… finally
Source: Tech PP English
Vibrant colors, decent details that seem realistic and not over-processed (like what we have seen in the Pixels), very good low-light performance, and exceptional portrait snaps – all of these make the OnePlus 11 perhaps the first OnePlus flagship whose cameras go toe to toe against the best in the business. We would rate the OnePlus 11 very close to the search Pixel 7 and better than what we have seen from Xiaomi, Oppo, and Vivo in the Indian market in recent times. It loses out to the likes of the search Pixel 7 Pro and the search Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra mainly because of its underperforming telephoto sensor. But if all you are going to do is point and shoot stills – which is what most smartphone photographers do anyway – then the OnePlus 11 is capable of giving any flagship a run for its money. What’s more, this being OnePlus, it is reasonable to assume that the cameras of the OnePlus 11 are likely to improve as updates are rolled out to them. All of this means that after a decade of its existence, a OnePlus phone is finally in the super cameraphone house.

Perhaps the most high-profile challenger is the search Google Pixelsearch Pixel 7 at Rs 59,999, which comes with a less powerful processor, but better cameras, software smarts, clean Android (with assured updates) as well as wireless charging, although with no charger in the box, and a markedly inferior display. There is also the iQOO 11, which is also priced at Rs 59,999 and has the same processor as the OnePlus 11 but starts with 256 GB storage, has faster charging, and a brighter display. Some might even think of investing in the older search Samsung Galaxy S22 and the iPhone 13, both of which remain good options even now if all one wants is a flagship-level performance. The OnePlus 11, however, remains a terrific proposition for anyone who wants a spec monster packaged inside a smart, elegant design under Rs 60,000 At the time of writing, we would even go so far as to say that it is perhaps the best value-for-money phone below Rs 60,000. OnePlus 11 is perhaps the most affordable premium Android flagship in the market right now. But does it have what it takes to rattle the cages of the Pixels and the Galaxy S series? With that great price tag come a few compromises.

OnePlus 11 delivers an impressive flagship experience for many hundreds of euro less than the top phones from Apple and Samsung. The firm is promising software support until 2028 too. It is a slickly polished all-rounder. My main and only real gripe would be that the selfie camera is not as sharp as previous generations. But it’s still fine for all scenarios with good lighting. Aside from that, I’ve had nothing but pleasure from my OnePlus 11.

80% OnePlus 11 review: Return to the roots but with a little more oomph
Source: The Indian Express English
Flipping through pages of a Wired magazine from the 90s, I got a sense that gadgets then were meant for those who understood tech. It was a very in-your-face sense of elitism. Things are a bit different today. Interestingly, the internet has played an important role in making tech mainstream and accessible. I can’t think of whether or not a company like OnePlus would have been able to make a place in the tech world had it introduced its products in the 80s and 90s. Its latest flagship, the OnePlus 11, is closer to its roots but at the same time aligned to be as contemporary as any other modern premium Android phone. It is a treat for OnePlus fans, even though the device does not push the boundaries like the brand used to once. Maybe no brand does that anymore.

Source: India Today English
In India, the OnePlus 11 comes in two variants - 8GB RAM plus 128GB storage and 16GB RAM plus 256GB storage. The phone comes with a starting price of Rs 56,999 and for this price, I feel the OnePlus 11 is a great package. So, if you are stuck on an old OnePlus phone and seeking to upgrade it, the OnePlus 11 is totally worth the money. It is also a great phone for people who want absolutely top-class performance and flagship features at a more affordable price. Compared to phones that cost Rs 80,000 or Rs 1 lakh, the price of the OnePlus 11 is more reasonable. And yet, it offers similar features. Overall, the OnePlus 11 offers a classy and compact design and delivers exceptional performance. It handles multitasking very well and its battery lasts one full day of rigorous usage. The camera is, for the most part, fantastic. The display, I believe, is one of the best I have seen on a phone. The 100W fast charger takes just about 25 minutes to charge the phone completely. Additionally, the OnePlus 11 offers a clean user interface. And it is the cheapest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor phone available in India right now. At a price of Rs 56,999 or Rs 61,999, no other phone offers as much as OnePlus 11.

OnePlus 11 Audio test
Source: DxOMark English
The OnePlus 11 audio performance was generally quite decent, especially in recording. Playback experience was mostly artifacts-free, but the tonal balance could have used a bit more high- and low-end, as timbre sounded very midrange-centric. In the dynamics area, the device also lacked sharpness and punch. Spatial performance was good, on the other hand, despite a narrow wideness. The OnePlus 11’s strong suit was its overall recording capabilities, with a very good performance in all attributes and especially in timbre. Tonal balance provided a bright and lively treble in urban and outdoor scenarios, with a slightly duller sonority in calm and indoor contexts. Performance in dynamics was very good, especially with the main camera. The device also offered a great recording loudness in every use case, and performed well in high-SPL conditions such as concerts. Additionally, it proved to be quite resilient in the presence of winds — light or strong — when using the camera app, thanks to finely tuned algorithms. However, in memo recordings, the device was less performant when facing strong winds. Lastly, the OnePlus 11 was unable to deliver audio-zoom capabilities despite featuring an option for it.

OnePlus 11 Review: A Lot of Good, Still a Bit Off
Source: Droid Life English
The OnePlus 11 is both a well-priced high-end phone and a bit of a tough sell. This phone does a lot right (display, performance, and battery life), but has its issues (weird software choices, no wireless charging, and questionable camera). Thankfully, it is priced well at $699 and for that price (or $100 more), you get a lot of good stuff that might help you overlook what I just complained about. If you are considering buying one, I guess you need to ask yourself why this is better than a Pixel 7 Pro or a Galaxy S23+? Do you want the faster wired charging and the awesome display? Or do you want a better camera and history of software support? There’s a lot to take in, a lot to weigh. This is a hard one.

OnePlus 11 Review: An Impressive Phone From An Inconsistent Brand
Source: MrMobile English
Most smartphones follow a predictable path, which is to say: they evolve … linearly, year after year adding new features and capabilities until they're so capable there's not much more to improve upon. But as OnePlus has reminded us time and again: it does not make most smartphones. If you're a longtime OnePlus fan, you've seen major changes every single year: Sometimes it has wireless charging; sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes you can buy it at T-Mobile, sometimes not so much. The telephoto camera changes from 2x to 3x … back to 2x. The USB port on the power brick goes from A-type to C ... back to A. As we learned last year, even the signature alert slider isn't safe, having been deleted from the in-betweener OnePlus 10T, only to reappear here. How long will it stick around this time? Who knows. The good news? Despite the maddening inconsistency of the brand that built it, the OnePlus 11 is a very solid smartphone – with more positive than negative surprises hiding beneath its glossy surface.

OnePlus 11 marks a fantastic return to form for the company. With a ridiculously aggressive pricing strategy (at least in the international market), the phone presents itself as a bold force to be reckoned with. OnePlus has made some cuts to meet that price point, but from a pure value perspective, it doesn't get better than this. But here in Nepal, the phone is just not as well priced, leaving things open to the competition like Galaxy S23 and iPhone 14 series.

OnePlus 11 Review Philippines: Value-packed
Source: Unbox English
Yes, provided that OnePlus doesn’t deviate too far from the phone’s global pricing of around Php 39,990 for the base 8GB/128GB variant. If OnePlus really wants this to sell like hotcakes they definitely need to stick close to that MSRP to undercut their competition, but even if they don’t fully stick to that they’re still in a good spot. The OnePlus 11 really offers a lot of value for anyone looking for a solid flagship, especially if you compare it to the offerings of its more premium competition as we found in our review of it for the Philippines. With the base variant of the Samsung Galaxy S23 retailing for Php 53,990 and offering roughly the same specs, the OnePlus 11 looks like a damn bargain in comparison, especially considering what you’re getting. The OnePlus 11 might not be a flagship killer anymore, but it might just be THE flagship that you’ll be able to afford, especially in this tough economy.

80% OnePlus 11 review: rapid Android with long battery life
Source: The Guardian English
The OnePlus 11 is a solid phone offering a lot of performance, battery life and very fast charging for the money but otherwise struggles to stand out in the crowd. It is well made, feels nice and is narrower than its rivals, so is a little easier to hold despite being a big phone. The screen is great, the fingerprint scanner is responsive and the camera is solid if not class leading. The large circular camera lump on the back is divisive, however. OxygenOS is an inoffensive version of Android and is now supported for up to five years but that is just keeping up with the primary competition. The battery should last for the full five years, too, which can’t be said of most competitors. It lacks wireless charging and only has splash water resistance but on the whole there is little to fault with the 11, making it a decent alternative to big-brand rivals. It is just a little uninspired and with some excellent mid-range phones offering almost as much for far less money, the OnePlus may not be flashy or cheap enough to win outright.

OnePlus 11 Is a Handsome Phone That (Mostly) Brings the Goods
Source: Mashable English
When it comes time to finally choose a new Android phone in 2023, the OnePlus 11 shouldn't get left off the list. This is a beautiful phone with a high-end chipset, a gorgeous display, and one seriously fast-charging battery. At the very least, none of your friends will have phones that look as cool as this one. It also doesn't hurt that you're going to pay a maximum of US$800 for it. That puts it US$100 below the Pixel 7 Pro, which I would hold up as the current gold standard of Android phones. That phone has a much cleaner software package without any bloatware, comparably excellent performance, and overall better cameras that can do more. The base Pixel 7 is also excellent, and to OnePlus's detriment, it's only US$600. Personally, I'd go Pixel 7 if I were looking for a new Android handset. But OnePlus deserves your attention, too.

OnePlus 11 5G review: A pro-grade phone even if it does not have it in name

It is a pro move by OnePlus to include a two-side curved screen, alert slider, and Hasselblad imaging on its non-pro smartphone. 90% OnePlus 11 5G review: 'Pro' in all but name
Source: Pocket Lint English
In an everyday performance sense, the OnePlus 11 5G is the most complete flagship OnePlus phone experience the company has delivered so far. The display is genuinely fantastic, with great detail, colours and refresh rates, plus the phone is fast, has great bloat-free software and very speedy charging. If it wasn't for our concerns about how easily the glass scratches on the curved display and the slightly contrast-heavy results from the cameras, it would be close to perfect. If you are considering buying it, we would also very much recommend looking at the latest Google Pixel family too. The smaller of the two offers a flat display, plus both Google phones are also more water and dust resistant and have stronger camera results, and pricing isn't all too dissimilar between the three. As a standalone product though, there are few that deliver the experience offered by OnePlus at this price. Its combination of fluid, bloat-free and customisable software and a guarantee of four major software updates, means it won't be great for just one or two years, but should last you a good while. But, if the current trend of small incremental improvements to devices continues for the next few years, you may not want to upgrade it anyway.

The OnePlus 11 5G comes in at a fairly aggressive price, starting at Rs. 56,999. Even the top-end variant that we reviewed is well priced at Rs. 61,999, undercutting the iQoo 11 5G (Review). The OnePlus 11 5G also makes the higher variants of the OnePlus 10T redundant. The one feature that would have made the 11 5G a complete package is wireless charging, but if you don't much care about this, it shouldn't matter. I think the OnePlus 10 Pro 5G is still relevant as it's only slightly behind the new model but (unofficially) offers better waterproofing and very fast wireless charging. For all those waiting to upgrade to a smartphone with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, the OnePlus 11 5G is a solid offering that builds on the strengths of the OnePlus 10 Pro 5G and is priced attractively.

80% OnePlus 11 Review: Stuck on a plateau
Source: Mobile Syrup English
When it comes down to it, the OnePlus 11 seems to split the middle between last year’s 10T ($850) and the 10 Pro ($1,059). The OnePlus 11’s price drops between them at $999 CAD. It’s an exciting proposition, and if getting the best battery and chipset are essential to you, this is a great buy. If all these phones were still at their launch price, it would be hard to tell which device to get since the prices and features are so similar. However, as of the time of writing, the 10T costs $669, and the 10 Pro is $769. At these prices, the 10 Pro is a much more worthwhile buy. The 10T is a good bargain, but it’s competing more squarely with the Pixel 7, which might be a better value depending on sales. There’s nothing wrong with the OnePlus 11, but if you want to get the classic OnePlus flagship-killer vibes, then buying either of last year’s flagships will do that for you. The OnePlus 11 competes more squarely with modern flagships, but as phones plateau in improvements, the differences between years blur and getting a phone with a modern-ish processor should still perform amicably for three years. If you need to have the best OnePlus device, the 11 will serve you well, but if you want a great deal, a modern OnePlus will cost a little more than you were expecting. It’s also worth keeping your eye on this phone over 2023, as I’m sure it will get discounted by a few hundred dollars a couple of times.

Source: Engadget English
The OnePlus 11 has a great screen (again), incredibly fast-charging (again) and cameras that are better than its predecessors. However, the supercharge speeds seem to be the only unique thing that the OnePlus 11 brings to the table. But is that enough to make you want to upgrade from an older phone, or choose a OnePlus over the competition? At $699, with 8GB of memory and 128GB of storage, that’s $100 less than last year’s flagship. It’s a much better deal than its predecessor – and this could be a deciding factor. The OnePlus 11 sits between midrange devices, like the Pixel 6a, and premium phones including Google’s Pixel 7 and Samsung’s Galaxy S23 series. In many ways, you get the best of both, but against the dominance of other phone makers, it needs to do more to distinguish itself.

After years of uncertain releases, the OnePlus 11 seems to have a good chance of winning over many fans this year. It's a competitive upper-tier phone with little missing from its specs sheet. It has a cutting-edge LTPO3 AMOLED panel, the latest hardware from Qualcomm, good overall camera experience in both day and night, long battery life, blazing-fast charging, nice-sounding stereo speakers and great sustained performance. Sure, the OnePlus 11 isn't flagship-level in some aspects, but it doesn't need to be. In the context of its pricing, it's a well-rounded phone with little to complain about. A better variable refresh rate handling would be nice as this current implementation produces issues with some apps, and we would love to see OnePlus finally catch up with the competition in terms of zoom level - 2x doesn't cut it on a flagship in 2023. But that handicap is true for Oppo's flagships, too, so it doesn't come as a surprise. Finally, the software changes will surely be polarizing. The new OxygenOS 13 has nothing in common with the older versions, and OnePlus clearly isn't sticking to its promise about keeping true to its roots in this regard. While we like ColorOS in general, we would have liked at least some of OxygenOS' native features retained. Right now, there's little to no reason to opt for OnePlus' smartphones because Oppo and Realme phones are already running the exactly the same software. OyxgenOS is what defined OnePlus for all those years. Nonetheless, if you don't care about the current state of OxygenOS or you are completely new to OnePlus' ecosystem, we see no reason not to get the OnePlus 11. It's a solid all-rounder that would ultimately become even more desirable with time as the price settles in.

90% OnePlus 11 review: Flagship specs for under $700?!
Source: Laptop Mag English
Starting at just $699 for the base model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, the OnePlus 11 is a steal, and even if you bump things up to 16GB of RAM and 256Gb of storage, the $799 cost remains below many other flagship phones with comparable (or worse) specs. However, there is currently no 512GB or 1TB option, which is disappointing for a phone as capable of this, but that would likely push the price past $1,000. OnePlus is delivering a lot of smartphone for under $800, especially with its Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. An affordable flagship with this kind of performance that also shoots solid photos and video is a steal. Typically in this price range if you are getting the current Snapdragon CPU, you are looking at a gaming phone that may as well just have camera lens stickers on the back. While it is clear that OnePlus is making some cuts to hit its price point, they are well chosen. The camera hardware isn't flagship tier to match the Galaxy S23 Ultra or Pixel 7 Pro, but they are solid and paired with the Hasselblad tuning can deliver great results. The lack of an IP rating may bother some, or the use of Gorilla Glass Victus and Gorilla Glass 5 versus Victus 2 on Samsung's latest, but it remains a durable phone that should hold up well to the rigors of daily use. Overall when factoring in the incredible sub-$800 price point the OnePlus 11 is one of the best flagship phones you can buy, and it can do it all.

What do you look for in a phone? Whether it’s rapid performance, a quality display, premium styling or capable cameras, you’ll find it from the OnePlus 11. The firm hasn’t made any major compromises to keep the price in check, yet it still manages to undercut big-name competition like the Pixel 7 Pro and Galaxy S23. There are one or two backwards steps that stop it from being the total package, like the loss of wireless charging, and the 2x optical zoom is slightly more restrictive than what you’ll find from those rivals mentioned above. But it bests them on wired charging speeds, and keeps up with them almost everywhere else. Seeing how you can pick one up for £729, you’ll have to ask yourself whether there’s any point spending more on the alternatives.

As you might have gathered from this review, the OnePlus 11 really is up there amongst some of the best phones in the world at the time of writing and the fact that it costs less than a lot of its competitors is a huge win. The design is sure to be polarising but those who like it will absolutely love it, and OnePlus fans will be overjoyed to see the return of the alert slider. If you’re someone who cares most about the quality of the screen then this phone won’t disappoint there either because not only does it look absolutely lovely but it feels excellent to use as well thanks to the adaptive 120Hz refresh rate. Add to that speedy performance with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU and even more avid mobile gamers will be pleased with what this handset has to offer. As you’d expect from OnePlus, the camera system does a great job of snapping shots you can be proud of on the default settings although if you’re after substantial zoom then you’ll be better off looking towards a Samsung or even Honor flagship. Another downside to know about is the battery life, it’s way below the standard set by other top players which could be a dealbreaker to a lot of people. If you’re hot on it with charging your phone then you might be able to look past that, especially given the fact that it’ll only take 25 minutes to charge it back up again. Because of that, you may see it as a small price to pay for an otherwise marvellous piece of kit.

80% OnePlus 11 review: $699 for all the speed you need
Source: Zdnet.com English
The OnePlus 11 is the company's return to form, offering a balance of speed and power at the expense of utility. For a starting price of $699, you'd be hard-pressed to find another device with this combination of hardware, processing power, charging speed, and cameras. But, this delicate dance of product designing, while familiar to enthusiasts who have been following the OnePlus story since the beginning, may raise questions regarding what the company's mission is at this point. It just seems like OnePlus is stuck between a rock and a hard place, the rock being its loyalists who favor fast and smooth smartphones for hundreds of dollars less than the competition, and the hard place being its parent company, BBK Electronics, pressuring OnePlus to rack up as much profit as possible -- even if that means cutting out some of its most loved features.

OnePlus 11 Malaysia review: I miss the old OnePlus
Source: Soycincau English
See, if I was in the market for an Android flagship, the obvious choice here would be the recently launched Samsung Galaxy S23. It starts at just RM3,899 and comes with some nice-to-haves that the OnePlus 11 doesn’t, such as an IP dust and water resistance rating, wireless charging, SamsungPay and a more powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy too. Sure the display on the Galaxy S23 might be smaller, but for some who prefer a compact device that might even be a benefit. At time of writing though, we do not know just yet the official price of the OnePlus 11 in Malaysia. However, it needs to find itself at least a good couple of hundred ringgit below the Galaxy S23 if it wants to stand a chance of competing against it. Otherwise, I’m not sure the OnePlus 11 is worth buying. Do stay tuned though, as OnePlus Malaysia will be debuting the OnePlus 11 on the 14th of February. In the end, the OnePlus 11 seems like the greatest sign yet that OnePlus is in the midst of an identity crisis—stuck between making cheaper flagships that would appeal to their enthusiast fan base, while also wanting to challenge the more upmarket giants like Apple and Samsung. In fact, just like the OnePlus 11, OnePlus itself looks stuck in no man’s land with a phone that’s neither here nor there.

OnePlus 11 5G review: This flagship killer hits the sweet spot
Source: Talk Android English
I’ve enjoyed my time with the OnePlus 11 5G and while I’m certain that it’s going to do well in terms of sales, it’s not quite a perfect swing and hit from the brand. As mentioned in the section below, there are a couple of omissions that would have rounded out the OnePlus 11 5G nicely. In compensation, the OnePlus 11 5G is priced lower than previously with an RRP of $699/£729 for the 8/128GB variant and $799/£799 for the 16/256GB option. If you are looking to upgrade the OnePlus 11 5G offers much of what Samsung’s new Galaxy S23 and S23+ do but at a lower price and with the same commitment to OS upgrades and security updates. Sat between the ‘premium’ mid-range market and the likes of the Galaxy S23/S23+, the OnePlus 11 5G has found the sweet spot by offering high-end specs at a great price with no real compromises to worry about, other than the items mentioned below. In basic terms, OnePlus is back, baby.

Review – OnePlus 11: Return to form
Source: NLT English
So, closing thoughts. I personally do like the OnePlus 11. The cameras take good pictures and the colors look great – just that I wish to see maybe a 3x zoom instead of 2x but that’s just how I like to take my pictures. The design of the phone is fantastic though I wish for a matte finish instead of glossy glass – and I’m very glad that the alert slider is back. The speakers, the screen, the performance, and even the battery life alongside its charging speed are all magnificent too.

OnePlus 11 Preview: can this bring the OnePlus glory days back?
Source: Phone Arena English
The OnePlus 11 focuses on performance and it shapes up to be one of the best phones for gamers and those looking for speed in 2023, but it also brings a good amount of upgrades to the camera system and even though it lacks a long-range zoom lens, it still looks plenty capable in various conditions. Those taking portrait photos are in for a treat too. As always, OnePlus also has incredibly fast charging and the price is just right this year. OnePlus seems to be overcoming the tough stretch of 2022 when it had lost its identity and is taking a more specific niche in the smartphone space. It probably isn't the flagship killer that would convince you to switch from a Galaxy Ultra or an iPhone, but it seems like the right phone for gamers and those who value speedy performance.

80% OnePlus 11 5G Review: Don't Sleep On This Flagship
Source: Slashgear English
Beyond that, this phone covers everything you need. It has great hardware, great software, and it can easily stand toe to toe with the iPhone 14 or the Pixel 7. Once our review of the Samsung Galaxy S23 comes out, we can talk about that phone too. Each of those phones (and especially the Pixel) come with individual features that can make it stand out from the others. On the OnePlus 11, those features are fast charging and highly customizable software. Again, those aren't the sexiest features, so maybe that's one last area where OnePlus needs to improve. As for me, this will not be my daily phone beyond this review period because of the lack of wireless charging (OK, so I lied before. This is where I finish harping). With a wireless-charging capable phone, I can attach a MagSafe adapter (like this OneTap Ring Adapter from Spigen) and use the host of MagSafe and Qi charging accessories I have scattered throughout my life. Without wireless charging, those accessories become nothing more than a collection of paperweights and modern art constructs. But the bottom line here is, this is a powerful flagship and it deserves a place in your pocket. Just make sure you put a case on it (or some gaffer's tape), or it'll fly out of your hand every time you take it out.

OnePlus just seem to be getting better with every smartphone release and they might not have the brand power that the likes of Apple and Samsung do just yet but it won't surprise us if they're soon the talk of the town. The OnePlus 11 looks great, photo quality is true-to-life and the price isn't bad either. All-in-all, the OnePlus 11 is well worth a look.

OnePlus 11 5G Review: Premium Experience, Standout Value
Source: Hot Hardware English
The increasing influence of Oppo over OnePlus seemed like a problem over the past few release cycles, which featured higher prices and less innovation than some previous releases. The OnePlus 11 5G feels like the kind of phone OnePlus used to make; it's blazing fast, reasonably priced, and looks good. The build quality is getting close to Samsung-level, which is a nice change of pace. OP also gets points for bringing back the alert slider, which was missing on the 10T and we can't knock that 80W charging, either. Sure, it might be nice to get 125W like the 10T, but 80W is still much faster than any other flagship phone in the US. The camera setup doesn't look much different than the 10 Pro on paper, but we've seen impressive results. Photos taken on the OnePlus 11 5G are sharp and bright, and while they don't have the magical HDR processing of a Pixel, the phone's dynamic range is better than past OP phones. The quicker exposures compared to previous OP phones also means you'll have an easier time photographing moving subjects. OP's decision to only include a 2x telephoto lens and tune it for portraits is a bit of a bummer, though. As OnePlus has become more aligned with its parent company, the software experience has changed. The latest versions of OxygenOS are little more than alternative skins for Oppo's ColorOS. There are some sub-optimal interface decisions, and the lack of Material You support is disappointing. That said, you can adjust to the software, and most users probably won't dislike it. On the plus side, OnePlus promises industry-leading update support with five years of security patches and four years of OS updates. It is a strong value at $700 for the 8/128GB OnePlus 11 5G, but we're still talking about a $100 premium over the Pixel 7. For my money, the Pixel 7 offers the best budget flagship experience, but the OnePlus 11 5G has some nice bonuses like the super-fast charging, better display, and higher performance—especially in the graphics realted benchmarks. There will be plenty of Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 phones this year, but most of them probably won't be this good.

OnePlus has made another great entry into the upper-midrange Android market. The OnePlus 11 5G checks all the boxes. It has a great screen, above-average battery life, and capable cameras. You won’t find a better-performing Android phone under $700 with the horsepower packed inside. I just can’t help to wonder where it lands in the crowded market with less expensive options like the Pixel 6a or even the Pixel 7. I really enjoyed my time with the OnePlus but I still personally prefer my Pixel. However, I know others don’t feel that way and it’s the absolute best thing about Android: choice! If you do want to snag a OnePlus 11 5G, head on over to our full launch day retail guide below. Total retail will set you back $699 for the 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, but there are great pre-order deals to be had on that landing page.

100% OnePlus 11 Review: A refined masterpiece
Source: Android Headlines English
The OnePlus 11 is a great smartphone, and a great way to kick off the year for the company. Though it is facing stiff competition already, from the Galaxy S23 series that was announced last week. But OnePlus is typically cheaper than Samsung’s smartphones, so it’s still a good option. Especially given the battery life here. Now to answer the question about OnePlus returning to being an enthusiast brand. We’re not quite there, but OnePlus seems to have gotten pretty close to offering an enthusiast phone that you can also recommend to your Mom or Grandma. And that’s where OnePlus needs to be.

70% OnePlus 11 review: Return of the old OnePlus?
Source: Android Authority English
In many ways, the OnePlus 11 is a successful return to what made the brand exciting in the first place. It offers flagship performance from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip and wired charging that’s leaps and bounds above its closest rivals. The all-glass design — smudgy as it may get — feels good in the hand. A respectable update commitment is the icing on top, ensuring that you can keep the OnePlus 11 in your pocket for a long time to come. If you want a small phone at the same price point, the ASUS Zenfone 9 ($629 at Amazon) is worth a look. It sacrifices some battery capacity and starts with less base RAM but hangs onto classic features like the headphone jack and a display smaller than six inches. Finally, the OnePlus 11 is priced perilously close to the OnePlus 10T ($499.99 at Amazon). The OnePlus 11 leads in terms of camera and performance, but it’s tough to argue with saving $50 and gaining 125W charging, especially when the OnePlus 10T suffers from so many of the same fundamental flaws you might expect to disappear when buying OnePlus’ newest and ostensibly best offering.

100% OnePlus 11 review: Big on value, low on thrills
Source: Expert Reviews English
All of this adds up to a surprisingly good showing for the OnePlus 11. The design will divide opinion but its capabilities are actually pretty impressive. It’s only very slightly slower than the Samsung Galaxy S23, the battery life is brilliant, and I like the portrait camera, even if it is just a renamed 2x telephoto. There are weaknesses. The camera struggles with focus at times, especially up-close portraits, where it tends to miss more than it hits. And, if I’m completely honest, I would find a proper telephoto lens with a 5x optical zoom more useful than the 2x “portrait” camera. All in all, though, the price of £719 is low enough that it’s hard to find fault with the OnePlus 11. Make no mistake about it, this is an outstandingly good smartphone at a very tempting price.

The OnePlus 11 5G offers a lot to like, starting with its price, which is particularly low compared with most competing flagship phones. For $699, you get a wonderful display, a top-shelf processor, a solid camera array, and a modern connectivity suite. While the Pixel 7 is still our Editors' Choice in this price range for its comparable performance and better camera for $100 less, the OnePlus 11 5G is close enough that we're comfortable recommending it if you prefer its design. Also note that Samsung's Galaxy S23 lineup is on the way later this month. We're currently in the process of testing it, but the base model Galaxy S23 starts at $799 and is shaping up to be an appealing alternative to the OnePlus 11 5G and the Pixel 7.

If you want an Android smartphone with top specs in 2023 that’s designed to stay fast and will have software support till 2028, the OnePlus 11 is a great choice. It’s also one of the cheapest high-end phones to offer this. The absence of wireless charging shouldn’t be dealbreakers for most people. After all, this phone has an excellent screen, top cameras, good battery life and truly fast charging, and the best performance of any Android phone to date. The lack of full waterproofing is more annoying to me. Sure, the software looks different to the OnePlus phones from five years ago, but the same is the case for iPhones and Samsung Galaxy phones. OnePlus can’t just stand still, it also must evolve – luckily for us, the OnePlus 11 is a fine evolution and one of the best phones you can buy for a price that undercuts many competing products.

Unboxing the OnePlus 11, global edition - with a hands-on tour of the camera tech, gaming performance with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, OxygenOS 13 experience and more. My full review of the OnePlus 11 is inbound, but here's an early look at the specs and features. The UK Price will be £729 for the 8/128GB model and £799 for the 16/256GB smartphone. A lot cheaper than Samsung's S23 Plus and Ultra, but similar to the Pixel 7 Pro. One of the big 'upgrades' here is the return of that alert slider - welcome back buddy, we missed you! Elsewhere you can expect top drawer performance courtesy of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, plus the OnePlus 11 global model boasts impressive battery life. Helped no doubt by the energy efficient platform. OxygenOS 13 seems to be pretty stable even on this pre-launch review model. It's very similar to ColorOS 13, offering many of the same new features and benefits. Meanwhile the OnePlus 11's camera tech can cope with most demanding situations, and record up to 8K resolution video. So, are you tempted by this 2023 flagship smartphone?

OnePlus 11 Review – Best Android Flagship Out There?

The phone is a beast when it comes to performance, and the 2K AMOLED display just makes the multimedia usage way better. You get great photos from the main camera and ultra-wide camera, even the low-light shots. The phone runs through a full day and charges super fast, thanks to the 100W fast charging. I just wish there was wireless charging support. All in all, OnePlus 11 is one of the best Android flagship phones out there currently for anyone who wants the best performance with great cameras.

Qualcomm Adreno 740: Graphics chip for smartphones and tablets that is integrated within the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. Qualcomm claims that it is 25% faster than the Adreno 730 in the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and first benchmarks show that the GPU can beat the Apple A16 iGPU (previously the fastest smartphone GPU).

Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.

» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Graphics Cards and the corresponding Benchmark List.

SD 8 Gen 2: High-end SoC for smartphones that was introduced in late 2022 with a fast prime core based on a ARM Cortex-X3 architecture clocked at up to 3.2 GHz. Two more performance cores are based on the A715 and also support only 64 bit applications. The two additional A710 cores support also 32 bit applications as do the power saving Cortex-A510 cores. In addition to the processor cores, the SoC integrates a WiFi 7 modem, a Hexagon DSP (for AI acceleration) and a Spectra ISP. The integrated memory controller supports fast LPDDR5x memory with up to 4,200 MHz. 5G is included in the chip with the Snapdragon X70 modem.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.

6.70":

It is a small display format for smartphones. You shouldn't be severely defective in vision, and you won't see much detail on the screen and only have a small resolution available. For that, the device should be small and handy, easy to transport.

» To find out how fine a display is, see our DPI List.

OnePlus:

The Chinese smartphone manufacturer Shenzhen OnePlus Science & Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2013. In 2014, it launched its first smartphone. It is a subsidiary of BBK Electronic Corporation, a giant Chinese electronics group that also includes Oppo, Vivo and Realme. OnePlus specializes in the development and production of smartphones and other electronic devices such as headphones and smartwatches.

84.9%: This rating is slightly above average, there are somewhat more devices with worse ratings. However, clear purchase recommendations look different.
