OPPO is set to launch the next iteration of phones in its most recognizable series, the OPPO Reno lineup. The OPPO Reno 7 phones are on their way and a new leak purports to reveal early details of the phones, with one notable takeaway being the presence of powerful chipsets across the board.

OPPO's Reno series is the company's most popular lineup, and OPPO is set to release a new generation of phones in the form of the OPPO Reno 7 series. Details of the phones were unknown until now but a new leak has now thrown more light on what to expect from the three phones in the Reno 7 series.

According to Chinese source Bald Panda, the OPPO Reno 7 series will offer three choices of chipsets: the MediaTek Dimensity 920, the Dimensity 1200, and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 888. The leakster doesn't specify which phones will get those chipsets but we can expect them to be offered in the Reno 7, Reno 7 Pro, and Reno 7 Pro+ respectively.

Camera-wise, the Reno 7 and Reno 7 Pro are tipped to feature Sony's 1/1.5-inch IMX766 as their main cameras. The line-leading model with a Snapdragon 888 will get a more premium sensor. All three phones are expected to sport camera module designs similar to that of the Realme GT Neo 2. The base Reno 7 is tipped for a 90 Hz screen, while the other models should get 120 Hz displays.

The leaker, while usually reliable, considers these tidbits to be for reference purposes only. There's a chance new information in the future disproves some of the tipped specifications here.
