OPPO Find X3 Pro: a new SlashLeaks post purports to confirm many important specs of the upcoming flagship phone
The OPPO PEEM00 is a model number that has reportedly surpassed all existing AnTuTu benchmark scores, even though it has yet to launch as an actual phone. The device is tipped to become the Find X3 Pro on its debut, largely as its performance is linked to the latest and greatest Snapdragon 888 mobile SoC.
Now, the PEEM00 (most likely to be the Chinese-market version of the X3 Pro) has appeared in a new leak that seems to nail its identity as a Find-series flagship down. It comes in the form of screenshots that appear to depict the main specs of a premium phone.
Despite the fact that these screens (allegedly discovered on an OPPO cloud-testing site) are for a Chinese-language interface, some details stand out as things one might want to see in their new top-end mobile device. They include the 1440x3216 value that probably refers to its display's QHD+ resolution.
Further shots (which, according to this leak, are generated by ColorOS 11.2, a pre-release skin for Android 11) overtly include the term "Snapdragon 888", alongside another pointing to 12GB of RAM. This is hammered home with additional references to lahaina and SM8350: the 888's code-name and model number respectively.
It, apparently, will be paired to at least 1 256GB internal storage option in the Find X3 Pro. Finally, 1 camera of 16MP in resolution is mentioned: this could be the phone's selfie camera. Therefore, it seems that this is how the upcoming OPPO flagship will be configured in 2021. Now, it will be interesting to see how it will really look and how much it will cost.
