Nubert has launched the nuPro XS-8500 RC Hi-Fi soundbar. The company claims that the new gadget is Nubert's most powerful to date, having been developed further than earlier models. The device has complementary active speakers, which can support wireless 7.1.4 playback. Nubert has designed the sound system for a home cinema set-up, with clear speech thanks to Voice+ sophisticated driver technology.
The gadget has an integrated subwoofer with up to 32 Hz (-3 dB). The rated power is 580 W, with four 90 W and two 110 W speakers, for a maximum output of 820 W. Both Dolby Atmos and DTS:X are supported, and you can connect the speaker to your TV via an HDMI eARC port. You could place a TV on top of the device, as it measures 120 cm (~47-in) and can support loads of up to 100 kg (~220 lbs). You can control the speaker's settings in the Nubert X-Remote app, where you can use the X-Room Calibration feature to optimize the sound output for your room.
You can wirelessly connect up to eight speakers to the device and sync them with the X-Connect Surround feature. Bluetooth aptX HD and Low Latency technologies enable a smooth connection to devices such as smartphones. You can now pre-order the Nubert nuPro XS-8500 RC speakers in Germany for €1,969 (~US$2,004). The device is available in black or white and is expected to ship in mid-August.
