Xbox Game Pass members will have even more to explore in the week ahead. Two brand‑new releases – a roguelike and a first‑person shooter – are arriving alongside the latest entry in a beloved platformer series.

While Microsoft introduced five titles to Game Pass in the second week of June, only three are being added in the third. Still, the lineup includes two fresh releases – Lost in Random: The Eternal Die and FBC: Firebreak. Fans of classic platformers can also look forward to Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, a celebrated entry in the iconic series.

Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time - June 17 (PC and console)

It’s About Time is the fourth and most recent entry in the legendary Crash Bandicoot series, released in October 2020. Staying true to its roots, the game is a linear 3D platformer in which players once again take control of the mischievous marsupial, Crash Bandicoot. Set after the events of Crash Bandicoot 3, the story sees villains Dr. Neo Cortex and Dr. N. Tropy escape their interdimensional prison and tear a rift through the fabric of reality in a bid to conquer the multiverse. It’s up to Crash and his sister Coco to stop them, aided by four powerful Quantum Masks – ancient guardians of space and time.

In terms of gameplay, It’s About Time stays true to the classic Crash Bandicoot formula. Crash and Coco run, jump, spin, smash crates, dodge hazards and battle enemies – just like in the original games, but with refined controls and tightly crafted level design. The addition of four Quantum Masks introduces fresh mechanics, such as reversing gravity, slowing down time, transforming Crash into a whirlwind for advanced movement or phasing platforms in and out of existence.

Lost in Random: The Eternal Die - June 17 (PC, Cloud and Xbox Series X /S)

Lost in Random: The Eternal Die is a dark and quirky roguelike spin-off of the 2021 title Lost in Random. This time, players step into the shoes of Queen Aleksandra rather than the original heroine, Even. Set within the Eternal Die – a massive, mystical cube – the game leads players through surreal, twisted biomes. The art style retains its signature blend of magical charm and eerie, macabre design.

Players can expect isometric hack-and-slash action with a roguelite structure. Battles unfold across randomly generated sections, where you gather relics, trigger card-based effects and use the talking cube “Fortune” for tactical advantages. The game features four upgradeable weapons, more than 15 abilities and a range of permanent upgrades for added depth. Between runs, you can enhance your gear, complete side quests and fine-tune your build.

FBC: Firebreak - June 17 (PC, Cloud and Xbox Series X /S)

FBC: Firebreak is a cooperative first-person shooter set in the Control universe. Players step into the role of agents from the Federal Bureau of Control, battling the Hiss invasion with an arsenal of supernatural abilities. As part of the elite Firebreak Special Forces, squads of up to three are deployed into the enigmatic Oldest House to confront and contain otherworldly threats.

Before each mission, squads select their difficulty level and gear loadout, then head into randomly generated sectors. The objective is to eliminate Hiss enemies using weapons and gadgets, while repairing equipment and securing key zones. Progress unlocks new gear and abilities through a requisition system – no battle pass or live service required.
