A new simulation game has just launched on Steam, offering a unique twist: instead of running a farm or building a city, players step into the role of a drug dealer. The Steam community has responded enthusiastically. Schedule I is currently dominating the SteamDB charts, holding three of the top spots and earning "Overwhelmingly Positive" reviews.

We recently covered Schedule I, a drug dealer simulation that made waves on Steam with its demo. On March 24, the game officially entered Early Access and has been met with a strong reception ever since. Just one day after launch, Schedule I had already amassed around 1,800 reviews, 99% of them positive. At the time of writing, it was also holding three top spots on SteamDB, ranking high in "Trending Games", "Popular Releases" and "Hot Releases".

Schedule I casts players as drug dealers in the rundown coastal town of Hyland Point. Starting out with no money or connections, you're just a small-time operator trying to make it big. The journey begins in a shabby motel room as your secret base, where you grow your first plants in hiding. Getting started is a hands-on experience – literally. Players must tend to the soil, choose the right seeds, manage lighting, monitor growth and handle the harvest themselves. Developer TVGS has turned these tasks into interactive mini-games, adding depth to the grind.

But growing plants is just the beginning – making it big takes more than a green thumb. Players need to build a network, recruit their first crew and manage the distribution of their product. The open world of Hyland Point is yours to explore, whether on foot, by car or even skateboard – and exploration pays off. The smarter your trade routes, the smoother your operation runs. But the city isn't yours alone. Rival cartels are out to take your turf and the police are always a threat. Conflicts can break out at any time and are settled with fists, improvised weapons or firearms. Staying on top means being ready for anything.

Available with a 15% introductory discount

Developer and publisher TVGS has set the regular price of Schedule I at around $20. To mark the launch of Early Access, the game is currently available at a 15% discount, bringing the price down to $16.99. Unsure if it's for you? The free demo lets you test it out first.
