New GPS tracker for pets allows for two-way voice communication

Mova has added a new product to its smart home portfolio. Best known for its robot vacuums and lawn mowers, the company has launched its first GPS tracker for pets: the SureTrack Pro.
Keep track of your pets at all times
Designed for cats and dogs weighing around 3.5 kg (7.7 lb) or more, the Mova SureTrack Pro is worn on the collar and comes in at just 27 g (0.95 oz). It lets you locate and communicate with your pets anytime and anywhere. The device transmits your furry friend’s location every five seconds with meter-level accuracy, thanks to a comprehensive positioning system that utilizes six technologies: GPS, AGPS, LBS, Bluetooth, WLAN and Active Radar. For wireless connectivity, the lightweight tracker supports LTE/4G and 5G via an integrated eSIM.
Apart from location tracking, the SureTrack Pro also enables real-time two-way voice communication, which can be useful, for example, when your pet has run away or become lost. Other notable features include smart geofencing with up to four safety zones, AI-powered activity tracking (covering distance, duration and weekly reports), and a 365-day location history. A built-in LED light and sound alert help you locate your pet in the dark or when it’s nearby.
