The Casio Edifice EFV-C120D-1A4 has appeared on the brand’s UK website. This new analog-digital watch is the latest to join the EFV-C120 range, building on the older EFV-C110 model with a slimmer casing.
Casio’s Edifice EFV-C120D-1A4 has a black dial with red accents, surrounded by silver colored stainless steel bezel and casing. The watch comes with a stainless steel band with a one-touch 3-fold clasp, and measures 49.5 x 45.5 x 13.7 mm (~1.9 x 1.8 x 0.5 inches). It is water resistant to 100 m and should run for around 10 years on a CR2025 battery.
The EFV-C120D supports world time, with users able to choose between 30 cities and toggle daylight saving time on or off. There are tools like a 1/100th second stopwatch, a countdown timer with a 24 hour range and three daily alarms. Plus, the Telememo feature allows you to store up to 30 phone numbers, with attached eight character names, on the watch. The two analog hands should remain accurate to within 30 seconds each month, and the date and day of the week can be shown on the inset digital displays.
It is unclear when the Casio Edifice EFV-C120D-1A4 will be released in the UK, or how much it will cost. As an indication of its price, older products like the EFV-C120D-2A retail for £99.90 (curr. €119.99 at Casio DE). Whether or when this new watch could be released in other countries like the US, is unclear.
