More Poco F6 Pro info and camera hardware details revealed ahead of its debut
Xiaomi is expected to launch the Poco F6 and Poco F6 Pro globally next month. Ahead of that, however, more details of the Poco F6 Pro have now been revealed in a new leak seemingly sourced from HyperOS code.
As shared by reliable leaker Sudhanshu Ambhore, the Poco F6 Pro with the model number "23113RKC6G" bears the internal codename "vermeer". Both the model number and codename are shared by the China-exclusive Redmi K70 that launched towards the end of last year, effectively confirming that the Poco F6 Pro will be a global rebadge of that device.
Camera hardware details of the Poco F6 Pro were also revealed. The successor to the Poco F5 Pro (buy on Amazon) will come equipped with a 50 MP OV50E as its main camera. That camera will be joined by Sony's 8 MP IMX355 sensor beneath an ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2 MP GalaxyCore GC02M1 posing as a macro camera, and either the GalaxyCore GC16B3 or OmniVision OV16A1Q as a 16 MP selfie snapper.
