Meta Quest's "Next Move" redefines virtual reality gaming
Virtual reality realms are changing. At the forefront of this revolutionary development is Next Move, a VR platformer for Meta Quest and PC VR. All in-game movements correspond to real physical movements, allowing seamless navigation without a joystick. Numerous challenges await you in enchanting worlds with fantasy architecture. Climb rotating towers, chase gondolas across misty lakes, jump over crumbling stone pillars and solve tricky puzzles as you travel through time and space.
Prague-based game developer Typico Games has designed the VR game so that every action perfectly matches the player's physical movements. As you travel through time and space, you must climb rotating towers, chase gondolas across misty lakes, jump over crumbling stone pillars and solve tricky puzzles. Climbing is done with instinctive hand gestures, sprinting mimics running with your hands, and even flying is possible.
At times it feels like an adventurous mix of course and puzzle. But it is not just about movement, it is also about strategy, defeating enemies, manipulating time and much more. Next Move brings you the feeling of classic platforming, but this time you can experience it in VR. The trailer gives a brief glimpse of the game, which is scheduled for release on November 30. For those who can't wait until then, a demo is available on Steam, App Lab and SideQuest.
