Reviews for the MSI GE75 9SG
After a poor debut last year with the 8th gen Core i9-8950HK, the 9th gen Core i9-9880H is actually a great buy especially if you value the high number of simultaneous threads available. Gamers will also benefit from the performance increase over a Core i7-8750H albeit just marginally.

To sum up, I really enjoyed playing with this laptop. It’s a little thicker than I’m used to, but the added thickness and weight are worth it for the extra performance you get. I’m also impressed by the bright, 144Hz screen that they offer with this model, and by those punchy speakers that can hardly be matched by any other notebook. On the other hand, my nits are with the typing experience, the flashy red accents and a few other minor details we'll talk about in the detailed review below.
