The Lenovo Tab P12 is a sold mid-range tablet with a unique focus on media playback and creativity. With its large, sharp display and bundled-in stylus, it manages to stand out from the smaller and more classically capable competition.

With its large screen and loud speakers, the Lenovo Tab P12 can be safely recommended as a home tablet that will be used for watching videos, reading news and books, and making video calls. If you need a model for work tasks with frequent outdoor use, then the brightness of the Tab P12 screen will not satisfy your needs. Neither will the controversial keyboard case, which will not allow you to comfortably replace a laptop with this tablet for basic work with text.

While the Lenovo Tab P12 may not be a perfect tablet, its price-to-performance ratio is remarkable. The combination of excellent speakers and a large, high-resolution display positions it as an outstanding entertainment tablet. While the performance may not reach the highest levels, it is sufficient for playing many games at medium graphics settings. The tablet offers a nearly pure Android experience, promising two version updates, and features like a reliable stylus and keyboard, along with amenities such as a fingerprint reader. The only drawback appears to be the fact that the stylus is an optional extra. However, considering its asking price, the Lenovo Tab P12 impresses with its solid build, exceptional screen, and remarkable speakers. While not a performance powerhouse, it stands out as one of the best tablets in its budget range, particularly excelling in content consumption.

The Lenovo Tab P12 is aimed at those who want a large, portable screen to consume content. The excellent combination of a great display and nicely sounding speakers is a treat. There are no problems with surfing the internet and reading. The Lenovo Tab P12 is a bit on the expensive side so if you are a bit tight on the budget and just need a tablet for entertainment purposes, you can check out the Xiaomi Pad 6 -- a smaller yet decent tablet for content consumption.

The Lenovo Tab P12 offers an impressive display and audio experience, making it a solid big-screen device for entertainment needs. Its sleek design and build quality add to its appeal. However, it falls short in gaming performance and charging speed. If you prioritise media consumption to gaming, the Tab P12 is a good midrange tablet option.

The Lenovo Tab P12 is undeniably one of the largest Android tablets available in the market for under Rs 35,000. For its asking price, it offers a solid build, an outstanding screen, and impressive speakers. While it may not be a performance powerhouse, it certainly stands out as one of the best tablets in this budget range for content consumption.

Positioning itself firmly in the price point of the basic, yet powerful 2021 Apple iPad, the included pen with the Lenovo Tab P12 makes up the difference for a family already intertwined in the Android or Windows ecosystem. Though a Surface Go 2 is a better work machine for the money, Lenovo’s Android answer is practically perfect for a busy family. For other great options for work and play, take a look at our selection of the best tablets.

The Lenovo Tab P12 offers something a little different from the rest of the mid-priced Android tablet crowd. It might not be as fast or well-specced as the Xiaomi Pad 5 or the OnePlus Pad, but a laser-like focus on creativity and productivity makes it better suited to certain use cases. Its huge 12.7in 3K display isn’t the absolute best on the market, but its sheer size – in conjunction with crisp quad speakers – make for a uniquely impactful media playback package. What’s more, the bundled-in Tab Pen Plus stylus and optional keyboard case transform the Lenovo Tab P12 into a powerful yet affordable tool for creative types. If you’re after a well-priced tablet to do classic tablet things like browsing the web and playing games, then the likes of the Xiaomi Pad 5 and OnePlus Pad are much better (and much more portable) bets. But if you want to throw a little sketching, scrawling, and typing into the mix, the Lenovo Tab P12 is worthy contender.

If you are on the hunt for a big-screen tablet that doesn’t cost a fortune, the Lenovo Tab P12 (TB370FU) should possibly be on your shortlist. The device has a sharp 12.7″ IPS display with punchy colors that offers detailed picture quality. We watched some 4K YouTube videos on the big screen of the Lenovo machine and they look great thanks to the quality high-res panel. The build feels solid, the back is made of metal and we didn’t observe any bends or squeaky noises while trying to bend the device a bit. The quad JBL speakers sound good and the maximum volume is on the high side. The pictures that we take using both cameras are okay for a tablet. The back is an 8MP snapper that can also record 1080p 30FPS video (but the quality is below average) while the front one is able to capture 4K clips that looked detailed for a tablet. The device isn’t bloated with unnecessary software.

Unboxing the Lenovo Tab P12 (2023) with a hands-on review of the gaming performance, stylus pen, keyboard cover and features. This 13-inch Android tablet has one of the sharpest screens at this budget price, although the Lenovo Tab P12 lacks the AMOLED panel of the Pro model. You've got respectable specs, all day battery life and expandable storage. Solid specs for 399 Euros. Check out my full review of the Tab Extreme to see something a bit more pricey. But the Lenovo Tab P12 will suit most families, mobile workers and students, thanks to its dependable performance and flexible design. With the keyboard and stylus, this Android tablet converts into a laptop-style device. And it can be used for creative tasks, as well as editing docs on the fly.

This range of display format is largely the upper limit for tablets and the lower limit for subnotebooks.
The advantage of subnotebooks is that the entire laptop can be small in size and therefore easily portable. The tiny display has the added advantage of requiring little power, which further improves battery life and thus mobility. The disadvantage is that reading texts is exhausting for the eyes. High resolutions, which one is used to from a standard laptop, are almost not usable.
The same applies to tablets in this size range.

As of 2004, the company was the largest laptop manufacturer in China and, after acquiring IBM's PC division in 2005, the fourth largest in the world. In addition to desktops and notebooks, the company manufactures monitors, projectors, servers, etc, and specializes in developing, manufacturing and marketing consumer electronics, personal computers, software, enterprise solutions and related services.
In 2016, the company ranked first in the world in computer sales. It still held it in 2023 with about 23% global market share. Important product lines are Thinkpad, Legion and Ideapad.
In 2011, it acquired a majority stake in Medion AG, a European computer hardware manufacturer. In 2014, Motorola Mobility was purchased, which gave Lenovo a boost in the smartphone market.
78.37%: This rating is not earth-shattering. This rating must actually be seen as average, since there are about as many devices with worse ratings as better ones. A purchase recommendation can only be seen with a lot of goodwill, unless it is about websites that generally rate strictly.
