Leak: Nubia NaviX Ultra to have a 144Hz display, Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, and more

A few days ago, Nubia had the NaviX Ultra, its upcoming AI agentic smartphone, on display at a conference in China. However, it is yet to reveal when it plans to launch the phone. While we wait, a leak has revealed some of the phone's key specifications.

The specs come from a now-deleted post from the Weibo user, Bald Panda, and according to the post, the Nubia NaviX Ultra will have a 6.78-inch display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 1.5K resolution. This is a smaller display than the RedMagic 11S Pro but the refresh rate is the same. While not stated, the display is expected to be an OLED panel.

The NaviX Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 according to the source, but there's no mention of the RAM and storage variants that will be available. Nubia will also be going all out with the cameras which include a 50MP front-facing camera and three 50MP rear cameras. It is expected the rear camera setup includes an ultrawide angle lens and a telephoto lens. Last but not least is the battery capacity which is revealed to be 7,100mAh and should support up to 80W fast charging.

The Nubia NaviX Ultra is clearly a flagship smartphone, so it is expected to carry a flagship price. However, what that price will be remains unknown. It is also not known if it will be available outside China like the RedMagic and Nubia Z series line.
