Deal | Latest Razer Blade 18 now over $500 off just months after launch

It wasn't that long ago when we reviewed the latest Razer Blade 18 with GeForce RTX 5090 graphics. While certainly sleek and impressive, its massive launch price of $4900 certainly turned off a lot of buyers. Now, after just one month since our full review, the same Blade 18 configuration can be had for $4200 or $700 off exclusively at Razer.com

All Blade 18 configurations are on sale as follows:

• Razer Blade 18 5070 ti - MSRP: $3,499.99 | Promotion Price: $2,999.99 ($500 Off) 
• Razer Blade 18 5080 - MSRP: $4,099.99 | Promotion Price: $3,499.99 ($600 Off)
• Razer Blade 18 5090 32GB - MSRP: $4,899.99 | Promotion Price: $4,199.99 ($700 Off)
• Razer Blade 18 5090 64GB - MSRP: $5,199.99 | Promotion Price: $4,599.99 ($600 Off)

Based on our experience with the mobile RTX 5080 and mobile RTX 5090, the latter only offers up to 15 percent faster performance than the former while costing $700 more. The Blade 18 RTX 5080 configuration is subsequently the easier recommendation at its new price of $3500 if optimizing bang-for-the-buck. Nonetheless, the lower price is still almost $1000 more than the competing Asus ROG Strix G18 with the same RTX 5080 option and so the "Razer price premium" is certainly still in force.

Interestingly, the equally enticing Blade 16 RTX 50 series has not had any price cuts at the time of publishing and so the sale applies only to the Blade 18 series for now.
