The Podix PR70 boasts a 25,000 mAh battery
The Joyroom Podix PR70 power bank has been released on Kickstarter. This new charging accessory features a massive 25,000 mAh capacity and can charge up to four devices simultaneously with a combined output of 240 W. Plus, the flight-approved power bank features dual displays.

While most of the power banks available in the market have a single display, the Joyroom’s newly launched Podix PR70 is slightly different. Speaking more precisely, Joyroom’s new charging accessory has dual TFT smart displays. The main display is placed on the vertical side, while the secondary display can be found on the horizontal side. You can pretty much see everything in the front display, from charging status, battery percentage, time remaining, battery health, and temperature. The side display shows information like power curve, per-port charging details, and total power (input and output).

The Podix PR70 boasts a massive 25,000 mAh capacity, which could come in handy if you have multiple devices. Speaking of power output, the charging accessory offers a total of 240 W power output through its two built-in USB-C cables, one USB-C, and one USB-A port. The company claims that the power bank can charge two USB-C-powered laptops (Apple MacBook M5 Air curr. at $1,243 on Amazon) at 140 W and 100 W speeds at the same time when charging with the USB-C cable or the USB-C port. You can charge up to four devices at once.

As for power allocation, the retractable USB-C cable, the USB-C carry-strap cable, the USB-C port, and the USB-A port offer power outputs of 100 W, 140 W, 100 W, and 36 W when used in single-port mode. The power bank has a tower-type design, which looks similar to Ugreen’s Nexode Pro 25K and the Anker 25K laptop power banks.

Furthermore, it supports a wide range of fast charging standards, including PPS, PD 3.1, QC 4+, SCP, FCP, AVS, Apple 2.4A, and more. Other features include 15-layer safety protection (such as overheating, overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuits, and more) and NTC intelligent thermal control. The flight-approved power bank measures 6.3 x 1.94 x 2.23 inches (160 x 48.2 x 56.6 mm) and weighs around 622 grams (1.37 lbs).

The Joyroom Podix PR70 is priced at $149. As a part of the launch discount, the company is offering 47% off, bringing the price down from $149 to just $79 for a limited time. For more details, head over to the product page live on Kickstarter.
