JBL Tour ONE M2 headphones launch with adaptive ANC, Bluetooth 5.3 and up to 50 hours of battery use
The ONE M2s are the second latest addition to the JBL Tour series of wireless audio products, and as such are equipped with the brand's Spatial and PRO Sound technologies; Personi-fi 2.0 customization options from its parent Harman as well as an upgrade to Bluetooth 5.3 LE. Then again, these headphones do not come with active LED earcups to match the first-gen charging-case touchscreen of the PRO 2 earbuds...however unfortunately.
Instead, they are more of an update on the "comfortable, compact, foldable" design of the older Tour ONEs, and as such pack 40mm drivers and a battery rated to last slightly longer (30 hours as opposed to 25) per charge with their ANC functions on, or 50 hours with the feature turned off.
On that note, the ONE M2s have joined the PRO 2s in supporting what JBL calls "true adaptive noise cancelling", with ANC that can be adjusted to the user's preference or on the fly with an Ambient mode. The headphones have 4 mics for this purpose, which are also used for "superior" call quality.
The JBL Tour ONE M2 headphones have debuted in black or champagne color options and should be available from the start of 2023 at a price of €299 (~US$297).
