Harman Kardon Aura Studio 3 delivers 360-degree sound over Bluetooth
It’s hard to believe that the latest iteration of the Harman Kardon Aura Studio line harkens back around 20 years now. The company partnered with Apple’s Jony Ive back in 1999 to launch the iSub Speaker that featured the distinct design language captured in its new Aura Studio 3. Like the original iSub, the new Aura Studio 3 continues with its transparent enclosure and adds a new subtle ambient lighting effect adding more visual interest to an already timeless design.
The Aura Studio 3 emits high-quality sound through a 360-degree radius in a design with a minimal footprint that will fit into just about any space quite naturally. At its heart are two 15 W speakers with a tweeter and mids which combine with a 100 W subwoofer to produce a rich, room filling sound. It also supports Bluetooth 4.2 with control provided by both the A2DP 1.3 and AVRCP 1.6 protocols.
The Harman Kardon Aura Studio 3 is available now for US$300.
