Harman Kardon Japan has unveiled the Aura Studio 5 wireless Bluetooth speaker that is set to launch on November 13, 2025, at an MSRP of 46,200 yen (~$320). The speaker has not yet appeared in other Harman Kardon sites worldwide, but readers in America can check to see if the Aura Studio 5 has arrived in Amazon US.
The uniquely-designed speaker leverages the company's Constant Soundfield technology to project sound 360 degrees from a 25 mm tweeter, six mid-range drivers, and one subwoofer with a total of 160 watts of power, with a frequency response of 45 Hz to 20 kHz.
The Aura Studio 5 comes with built-in lights, which the Studio 3 didn't have, to illuminate the walls and ceiling with five nature themes—Campfire, Cherry Blossoms, Galaxy, Harvest, and Ripples—and the ability to customize the lightshow using the mobile app. The Harmon Kardon One app also allows owners to adjust the equalization, pair multiple speakers, and update the firmware.
Two of these Bluetooth 5.4 wireless speakers can be paired to support stereo playback from connected audio sources. A 3.5 mm AUX-IN jack enables wired connections to sources. The AC-powered Aura Studio 5 measures 307 × 234 × 234 mm (12.1 x 9.2 x 9.2 in.) and weighs 4.2 kg (9.3 lbs.).
