The Intersport Nakamura E-GRAVEL bike is now on sale in France. The new model has an 80Nm torque motor with multiple assistance settings, including a Smart mode. Other features include a handlebar-mounted LCD, hydraulic disc brakes and up to 100 km (~62 miles) of assistance range.

Intersport has launched the Nakamura E-GRAVEL bike in France, suitable for everyday rides and off-road adventures. The electric bicycle is powered by a mid-mounted NAKA E-POWER motor, delivering up to 80Nm torque. You can choose from four assistance levels: Eco, Sport, Boost and Smart, which adjusts assistance based on your pedalling force.

The E-GRAVEL’s removable 460Wh battery is integrated into the frame, providing up to 100 km (~62 miles) of assistance range. The e-bike uses a SHIMANO GRX groupset, including an eleven-speed transmission and 160mm hydraulic disc brakes. You can use the LCD unit between the handlebars to switch the headlights on or toggle between assistance modes. The display also shows your current speed, with further information available via the Naka e-power app.

The electric bicycle was announced earlier this year under the name e-Century Gravel. The model has an aluminum frame in sizes S, M or L with green paintwork. On average, the bike weighs 19.5 kg (~43.0 lbs). You can now buy the Intersport Nakamura E-GRAVEL bike in France for €1,999.99. It is unclear whether or when the model could launch in other markets.
