When you have one of the largest and most diverse smartphone portfolios in the industry, delivering Android updates is no small task. Still, Xiaomi has done a commendable job keeping us in the loop about its plans for HyperOS 3, the company’s newest software update based on Android 16. The Chinese OEM has already shared a full roadmap detailing which Chinese and global models will be getting the update, and it appears the official stable update may be just around the corner for the first batch of phones and tablets.
New "stable beta" HyperOS 3 builds have been spotted for at least 14 devices, including the Xiaomi 15 series, Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro, Redmi K80, and Redmi Turbo 4 Pro. The stable beta status typically indicates that the software build has reached an acceptable level of stability. If no critical issues are found, the same build will be released publicly as the final update, which XiaomiTime speculates could happen as soon as next week.

While stable beta builds have been spotted for only three global devices, namely, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, Xiaomi 15, and Redmi Pad 7 Pro, more devices are expected to follow suit in the coming days, including the Redmi Note 14 series, Xiaomi Mix Flip, POCO F7 series, POCO X7 lineup, and Xiaomi Pad Mini.
