Husqvarna recently announced several other brand-new robotic mowers for 2026, namely the Husqvarna Automower 405VE, 410VE, 430V, and 450V NERA models, as well as the Automower 540 EPOS.
Like the new Gardena Smart Sileno Sense, the Husqvarna models also feature AI Vision and night vision cameras. Husqvarna is thus expanding its models with modern features, following the trend already adopted by numerous other manufacturers in their modern robotic mowers without boundary wires.
Thanks to cameras and AI, Husqvarna's new robotic mowers can detect, react and adjust their work processes in real time. This allows the mowers to avoid objects on the lawn, thereby reducing or preventing collisions and unplanned stops, and apparently also works at night thanks to an IR camera. However, we still recommend refraining from using robotic lawn mowers at night whenever possible to protect wildlife. The manufacturer combines EPOS technology for wireless mowing within virtual boundaries without the need for a local reference station.
The 405XE NERA and 410VE NERA models replace the current 405XE NERA and 410XE NERA robotic mowers. They are designed for lawns of up to 900 and 1,500 square meters, respectively, and feature the familiar EdgeCut technology at the rear for edge-to-edge mowing. The models can climb slopes of up to 30% and have a cutting height adjustment range of 20 to 55 mm.
Husqvarna's Automower 430V and 450V NERA, the successors to the 430X and 450X NERA, are suitable for areas up to 4,800 and 7,500 square meters, respectively, which can be cut to a height of 20 to 60 mm. These two robotic lawn mowers can handle slopes of up to 50%.
The new Husqvarna Automower 540 EPOS is also designed for professional requirements. This model also comes with the new AI Vision technology and can cover up to 4,000 square meters in 24 hours.
Information on price and launch dates is still pending.
