Deal | Hisense U8N 75-inch Mini LED TV drops 41% to new all-time low price, but only for limited time
We have seen a few different large-screen TVs enjoy big discounts in the past weeks. For instance, in May 2025, TVs like the Samsung QN90D and the Panasonic Z85A could be had for considerably less than their list prices. Hisense has now also joined this lineup, as you can currently buy the Hisense U8N 75-inch Mini LED TV for less than $950.
Amazon has now dropped the price of the Hisense 75U8N 75-inch Mini LED TV to just $939.93, a new record-low. The new price is a huge 41% off the $1,599 MSRP. Looking at the hardware, the 75-inch Hisense U8N is a 2024 model and sits in the middle of Hisense’s lineup. The TV has an IPS panel with a Mini LED backlighting, 2,000 Local Dimming zones, a 144 Hz native refresh rate, support for Nvidia G-Sync/AMD FreeSync, and has full HDMI 2.1 bandwidth from two ports.
Software-wise, the Hisense U8N runs Google TV OS, which is built on Android and has wide app support.
Rtings’ review confirms that Hisense U8N puts the hardware to good use with superb HDR/SDR brightness, a wide color gamut, impressive color volume, and adequate viewing angles. The TV also handles reflections well, as long as they aren’t from direct light sources.
Looking at some numbers, the Hisense 75U8N boasts more than 2,900 nits of Peak 10% Window HDR brightness and more than 930 nits of Real Scene Peak SDR brightness. The SDR color gamut coverage stands at an impressive 98%. The wide color gamut, when combined with impressive color volume and high contrast in Local Dimming mode, allows the Hisense U8N to deliver bright, life-like colors per Rtings.
The Hisense U8N also offers a lot for gamers. Thanks to low input lag, a good response time, VRR support, a speedy 144 Hz refresh rate, and comprehensive Xbox Series S | X and PS5 support, the Hisense 75U8N should be a joy to game on.
Long story short, the Hisense U8N 75-inch 4K TV on sale is a superb value for under $950.
