HP has released the Omen 15 and HP Pavilion Gaming 16 gaming laptops in India. Both notebooks can be configured with 10th-generation Intel chips and a wide array of Nvidia GeForce graphics cards. The HP Pavilion Gaming 16's price starts at INR 59,999 (US$ 804) and the Omen 15's at INR 75,999 (US$1,019).

The latest versions of HP's Omen 15 and Pavillion Gaming 16 laptops are now available for purchase in India. The former is a no holds barred solution for those without budgetary restraints, while the latter aims to balance price and performance. Both laptops come in various flavors and can be configured with 10th-generation Intel chips. The HP Omen 15 also comes with AMD Ryzen options for Team Red enthusiasts.

The HP Omen 15 comes with a 15.6-inch OLED panel. Its refresh rate depends on the choice of SKU, with lower-end models relegated to 60Hz. The latter also comes with a 1080p screen, while the higher-end versions are 4K. There is a 300Hz 1080p version too. CPU choices range between the Intel Core i5-10300H, Core i7-10750H, and AMD Ryzen 7 4800H. GPU options start with the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 and max out at the GeForce RTX 2070 MaxQ. The entry-level version will get you a 512GB NVMe SSD and 8GB of RAM. It can be bumped up to a 1TB SSD and 32GB of RAM. The laptop's gamer-y aesthetic is further accentuated by its RGB keyboard and an Omen logo at the back. It is priced at INR 79,999 (US$1,072) for the base variant. That number can go as high as INR 180,999 (US$2,427) for the specced-out version. The AMD Ryzen 7 4800H version will allegedly cost INR 75,999 (US$1,019), but it is nowhere to be found on HP's website. The notebook will soon make its way to other mainstream online and offline channels.

HP Pavilion Gaming 16 users get to choose between an Intel Core i5-10300H and Core i7-10750H. GPU options start with the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 and stop at the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti MaxQ. The laptop's 16.1-inch WLED panel is clocked at 144Hz on the i7 variant and 60Hz on the i5 version. Storage choices vary according to the model as well. The higher-specced variant comes with a 512GB NVMe SSE and a 32GB Intel Optane drive, while the entry-level version features a 1TB 5400RPM SATA drive and a 256GB NVMe SSD. The HP Pavilion Gaming 16 is priced at INR 59,999 (US$ 804) for the i5 model and INR 70,999 (US$ 951) for the i7 flavor. It is yet to appear on HP's official website, but we can expect to see a listing show up in the coming weeks.
