Google's "Pixel Drop" event is projected to take place in less than 10 days from now (August 11, 2025), although it seems the leaks allegedly associated with the event will not stop coming.
One of the latest constitutes an apparently official preview of the new Pixel 10 Pro XL Rugged Case from Rokform.
The company has gone so far as to release what appear to be final press shots of the supposedly upcoming Android 16 flagship in the accessory.
In truth, they do not look all that dissimilar to those for the Pixel 9 Pro XL Rugged Case from the same manufacturer, even down to the same black carbon fiber finish and reinforced, squared-off corners.
Rokform asserts that the new version will confer the same kind of "extreme durability" on the 10 Pro XL, with "textured sides" for potentially enhanced grip. Then again, this generation is apparently rated for a slimmer profile.
The "10 Pro XL" itself seems to have nearly the exact design as the 9 Pro XL (which is in itself currently rumored to be a harbinger of the iPhone 17 Pro's updated look), although one of its lenses might have lost some of the overt square periscope telephoto lens look.
It is backed to deliver "100X zoom" nonetheless, as part of what might be the Pixel 10 series' best-spec'd 50+48+48MP rear cameras.
Rokform's new images might also support the rumor that the 10 Pro XL will be the biggest device of its line with a 6.8-inch Super Actua Display - except of course for its 8-inch 10 Pro Fold counterpart.
The Pixel 10 Pro XL Rugged Case is set to retail for the same $69.99 price as its predecessor on Amazon, although it is listed as "Sold Out" at the time of writing.
