EcoFlow Rapid magnetic power bank with 10,000mAh launches with free 30W GaN charger
At IFA 2024 last September, EcoFlow introduced two power banks alongside several other new products. While the more compact variant with 5,000mAh of capacity went on sale a few months ago, the wait for the larger EcoFlow power bank is finally over as well.
The EcoFlow Rapid magnetic power bank with 10,000mAh can now be ordered directly at EcoFlow’s official online store. Its MSRP stands at $89.99, but the accessory maker is giving away a free 30W GaN charger as an early adopter bonus. The power bank is available in either black or silver, but only the latter appears to be available right now.
The new EcoFlow Rapid magnetic power bank is quite similar to the more compact model, but the capacity of 10,000mAh is twice as high. Consequently, the charging gadget is also thicker and heavier as it measures 0.9 inches and weighs 9.1 oz. Furthermore, the larger variant supports Bluetooth connectivity and can be controlled via the corresponding EcoFlow app.
Just like the smaller SKU, the EcoFlow Rapid magnetic power bank can magnetically attach to and wirelessly charge compatible smartphones with up to 15 watts via Qi2. Alternatively, wired charging can be used to recharge two devices simultaneously with a combined output of up to 65 watts. In addition to a regular USB-C port, the power bank has a short integrated USB-C cable. Both outputs can also be used to charge the power bank itself with up to 65 watts. Last but not least, the well-rounded feature set includes a display and a foldable stand.
