DuRoBo unveils Moodi Bluetooth page turner for its Krono e-reader

DuRoBo has released the Moodi Bluetooth 5.4 page turner, an accessory for its Krono e-ink e-reader. The two-button wireless controller allows ebook enthusiasts to flip pages and control the Krono from afar.

The Moodi comes with six button caps adorned with a variety of emoji faces to customize the accessory. The gadget has three operating modes, Reading, Media, and Browsing. Reading mode is optimized to flip pages when reading ebooks, Media mode allows remote control of the media player, and Browsing mode makes it easy to scroll web pages.

The accessory is quite similar in features and design compared to the Boox Tappy, a page turner designed to work with the Boox e-readers, such as the recently reviewed Boox Go 6 (Gen II) palm-sized tablet.

The 18 g (0.63 oz.) Moodi comes with a 90 mAh lithium battery that can power the device for weeks, according to DuRoBo. It can be recharged by connecting a USB-C power source, and it comes with a lanyard hole for convenient carrying.
