Doogee already has a very extensive selection of tablets on offer and is adding a new model to its range with the Doogee T30S, which can currently only be ordered as part of a preorder campaign. The tablet comes with a 11-inch screen and 2.4K resolution, and the high-resolution display should pay off when playing copyright-protected media content. It has Widevine L1 certification, which is likely to be able to playback videos from streaming services such as Amazon Prime or Netflix in full quality.
A Spreadtrum T606 SoC is installed, which is a not particularly powerful computing chip, but it has eight computing cores with speeds of up to 1.6 GHz. Doogee advertises 16 GB RAM; in fact, the physical RAM is only 6 GB, but can be expanded virtually by up to 10 GB. DDR4X RAM is installed.
The internal memory is a decent 256 GB, whereby the UFS memory can also be expanded using a memory card. A main camera with a resolution of 13 MP is installed, while the front camera has a resolution of 8 MP. There are four speakers and a headset can also be connected via a classic jack socket. Android 13 is used as the operating system.
The tablet, which is only 7.6 millimetres thick, is listed for a price of $299.99 and is expected to be officially available from next week. Availability via Amazon should also follow, at least according to experience.
