Compact 8.8-inch gaming tablet with 144 Hz display and powerful Dimensity 8300 SoC set to arrive soon

As we have reported previously, the Alldocube iPlay Mini 4 Ultra gaming tablet is set to arrive soon with impressive performance and an 8.8-inch display. Back then, we did not have any concrete information regarding which exact processor would be featured in the tablet, but it appears that we do now.
iPlay Mini4 Ultra: Budget gaming tablet with 144 Hz display arriving soon
The capable MediaTek Dimensity 8300 SoC will be powering the iPlay Mini 4 Ultra gaming tablet, as reported by ITHome. Unsurprisingly, this falls in line with the previously teased Antutu score of the gaming tablet, which happens to be well over 1.7 million points. We have witnessed this mid-range SoC in many other budget tablets, such as the Lenovo Idea Tab Pro (currently $308 on Amazon).
The iPlay Mini 4 Ultra gaming tablet will also boast an 8.8-inch display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a peak brightness of 500 nits. 144 Hz refresh rate support is also present, which is to be expected from a gaming-oriented product. A 7,200 mAh battery will be offered, along with support for up to 33-watt fast charging with a bypass mode.

A launch outside of China is definitely expected for the iPlay Mini 4 Ultra gaming tablet, considering that its predecessor, the iPlay Mini 3 Ultra, was launched globally as the iPlay 70 Mini Ultra. A previous teaser had already revealed the iPlay 80 Mini Ultra branding for the international SKU, although any exact details regarding a precise launch date or pricing are not available as of this writing.
Exact dimensions are unclear for now, but it has been stated that the gaming tablet will weigh in at just 0.72 pounds or around 330 grams, boasting an enclosure that is only 7.75 mm thick.
That said, we would like to remind our readers of the critical security issues faced by older products from Alldocube. The company has since released statements declaring that most of its newer devices are safe, and has committed to further investigations as well as OTA security upgrades.
