Casio’s Vintage A1000A-7 and A1000G-9 watches are on the way to more European countries. These two digital timepieces were released in the UK earlier in July 2025.
Now, Casio has listed these two metal watches at its online stores in countries like the Netherlands, Spain and Germany. The Vintage A1000A-7, a silver colored stainless steel watch with a positive (light background) display, will retail for €119. The Vintage A1000G-9, with gold ion plated stainless steel casing and multi-row strap, and a gold tinted display, is more expensive at €169. The company has yet to announce the release date of these products in the wider European market. If you are interested in buying one of them, you can sign up to get an email from Casio when they launch.
The A1000 timepieces show the time in 12 or 24 hour formats, alongside the date and the weekday. Features include a daily alarm, hourly time signals and a 1/100th second stopwatch. They are equipped with a white LED backlight, making it easier to read the display in low lighting. Plus, Casio states that the calendar is fully automatic, and the watches should remain accurate to within 30 seconds each month.
These are water resistant products with an estimated battery life of three years. Each measures 39.6 x 38 x 7.3 mm (~1.6 x 1.5 0.3 inches) and weighs 83 g (~2.9 oz). Whether or when these two Casio Vintage A1000 watches could be released in the US remains to be seen.
