Casio releases new skeleton collab watch with striking design

The Casio G-Shock x Anti Social Social Club (ASSC) watch is now available in the US and Japan. This DW-6900 series model is the second from the collaboration between the Japanese watchmaker and the Los Angeles-based streetwear brand.
The new G-Shock x Anti Social Social Club DW-6900 is a skeleton watch with a translucent bezel, revealing white casing below. This surrounds a black dial with a light pink cherry blossom pattern, with a matching pink ‘G’ button. The clear strap is decorated with pink flowers and butterflies, the brand’s popular Kkotch design. Plus, when users illuminate the LED backlight, the words ‘Get Weird’ are shown in the background of the larger digital display.
Casio’s DW-6900 is a Triple Graph model, with the smaller indicators used as part of the watch’s 1/100th stopwatch functionality. Other on-watch tools include a timer, a multifunctional alarm and hourly time signals. The larger display shows the time and date, with a fully automatic calendar to the year 2099. This shock resistant watch is also water resistant to 200 m, and should run for around five years on its CR2016 battery.
You can now buy the Casio G-Shock x Anti Social Social Club DW-6900 watch at the brand’s online store in the US for $170. The two companies have also produced other merchandise together, including a t-shirt, a hoodie and a tote bag.
