We previously reported on three new watches from Casio's 'Caution Yellow' series, and now, we have more release details for the upcoming Master of G series timepieces. The new collection features the Gravitymaster GR-B300RY-1A9JF, Mudman GW-9500RY-1A9JF, and Rangeman GPR-H1000RY-1A9JF. The three models are set for preorder on February 1, 2025, at midnight in Japan, as per Great G-Shock World. The yellow and black color scheme is particularly eye-catching. Alongside, the watches have multiple features that cater to primarily outdoor use.
The GR-B300RY-1A9JF Gravitymaster will be priced at ¥49,500 (~$321) and is equipped with a seamless resin bezel. The watch has Bluetooth connectivity and solar charging, which should be great for reliable operation in demanding environments. The GW-9500RY-1A9JF Mudman, on the other hand, will retail for ¥64,900 (~$421). It includes a dual-layer LCD digital compass and has a mud-resistant structure. The GPR-H1000RY-1A9JF Rangeman is the most premium of the three, priced at ¥73,700 (~$478). It comes with GPS navigation, a mud-resistant design, high-altitude barometer functionality, and an MIP LCD display for high readability. If it shares its feature set with other Rangeman models (which it most likely will), it will launch with a heart rate monitor. This model, rather, this series, seems to be specifically designed for adventure fanatics and those needing precise environmental data on their wrist.
Each of these watches will be available through major Japanese retailers, including Yahoo! Shopping, Amazon Japan, and Rakuten. Given Casio's history with limited-run colorway releases, early preorders are highly recommended if you want to secure availability before potential sellouts. More details and official launch announcements are expected very soon from Casio, considering the official reveal is merely a couple of days away.
