Bosgame E1: Mini-PC with Intel N100
The Bosgame E1 is a new mini PC with an Intel processor that allows for stable network connections and the connection of multiple screens.

Bosgame now has a new mini PC in its range, the E1. While the manufacturer is not attempting to reinvent computer systems here, the E1's sleek housing is designed slightly differently to many other systems: slightly rectangular rather than square and slightly rounded at the front.

The Intel N100 is used as the processor. Although the processor was introduced in 2023 and is thus still reasonably up to date, it is not particularly powerful, making the model more suitable for very basic requirements, such video playback on a screen in a public space or for editing text files.

The PC comes with a decent 16 GB of DDR4 RAM and the built-in SSD amounts to 512 GB. This is a standard SSD in M.2 2280 format, which is connected via PCIe. A hard disk or SSD in 2.5-inch format up to 7 mm high can be retrofitted, and the installed SSD is also replaceable.

The device connects to networks both with and without a cable connection(s). The WLAN module supports dual-band WiFi and Bluetooth 5.2, and the two Ethernet ports a maximum data transfer rate of 2.5 GBit/s each. External storage media can be connected via four USB 3.2 ports, plus two HDMI ports and one USB-C port for connecting screens. The system can also be supplied with power via USB-C, meaning that only a single cable is required for a compatible monitor.

The Bosgame E1 is listed directly by the manufacturer at a price of just under $230. As a possible alternative, we recommend the Beelink Mini S12 Pro at Amazon.
