Those on the lookout for a good portable power station for powering up the plethora of gadgets on the go will be pleased to know that the Bluetti AC180 portable power station has dropped to its lowest price on Amazon. You can currently buy the Bluetti AC180 in the US for the discounted price of $459, a $540 (~54%) discount off the $999 retail price.
Camelcamelcamel’s price tracker shows that the Bluetti AC180 was only once priced below $500 since its release in 2023, which means that this deal is a good opportunity to pick up this particular power station. It’s worth noting that Bluetti is also offering the same deal via its official store.
The Bluetti AC180 boasts a capacity of a whopping 1,152 Wh with a peak output of 1,800 W, which can surge up to 2,700 W. The portable power station uses a LiFePO₄ (LFP) battery, which Bluetti suggests can be charged from 0 to 80% in just 45 minutes, and full charges take around one and a half hours, thanks to the TurboBoost fast charging technology. The LFP batteries have a 3,500+ cycle lifespan, which is higher than its direct competitor, the Anker Solix C1000 with 3000 cycles.
In addition to the aforementioned technical specifications, the power station sports a decent array of outlets, including 4 x 15 W USB-A ports, 4 x AC outlets (1,800 W), 1 x DC outlet, and a 15 W wireless charging pad. There’s also a 100 W USB-C port that can be used to power devices such as mobile phones, gaming handhelds, and laptops.
As far as charging is concerned, there are three ways to charge the AC180 power station, including via an AC adapter, from a car outlet, or using solar panels. Another nice-to-have is the companion app support; with the Bluetti companion app, you can control and monitor the gadget’s performance and also view overall charging information.
Dimensionally, the gadget measures 340 x 247 x 317 mm (~13.39 x 9.72 x 12.48 inches) and weighs 16 kg (~35.27 lbs), which is relatively portable for its category. Please refer to PCWorld’s in-depth review for further technical details and impressions of the Bluetti AC180.
All in all, with eleven output ports, LFP batteries, and a relatively portable form factor, the Bluetti AC180 portable power station seems like a pretty practical investment for camping and outdoor enthusiasts.
