Blackview A200 Pro unveiled with MediaTek Helio G99, 108 MP main camera, and 6.67-inch 120 Hz AMOLED
Blackview has just unveiled a new MediaTek Helio G99-driven handset that will have a limited pre-sale run next week and is scheduled to start shipping at the end of September. According to its makers, the A200 Pro can be considered a "business flagship" device. Its highlights include a 108 + 2 + 2 MP triple camera setup with ArcSoft 6.0 image processing, a generous 2.4K 120 Hz AMOLED curved touchscreen measuring 6.67 inches, as well as a 5,050 mAh battery with 66 W fast charging.
In addition to the above, it should also be mentioned that the Blackview A200 Pro features an under-display optical fingerprint sensor, 12 GB LPDDR4X memory, 256 GB UFS 2.2 storage (alongside microSD support up to 1 TB). The Android 13-based DokeOS 4.0 firmware comes with integrated apps such as EasyShare Business and Workspace Business while providing improved permission management for higher privacy.
According to Blackview, the aforementioned battery can keep the A200 Pro in standby for up to 24 days with two 4G LTE SIMs installed. Other autonomy figures are 7.5 hours while gaming, 9.5 hours while surfing the web or watching movies, 20 hours music playing, and 25 hours call time.
The August 21-August 27 period will mark the limited launch of this handset, which will be available for US$199 for the first 1,000 orders via AliExpress. The first 200 customers will also receive the Blackview AirBuds 4 for free. The regular early bird price is US$219.99. After the sale of this first batch, the price will go up. As usual, the cost for the end user might be higher due to shipping and import cost, obviously depending on the market.
