BMX releases colorful GaNsta Pixel USB chargers

BMX has released the GaNsta Pixel series USB chargers, with AC plug adapters for worldwide travel use. The Pixel series comes in 140W and 100W models, and both display the power output status on a side-mounted pixel display.

The GaNsta Pixel chargers are similar in features to the BMX GaNsta 140W charger reviewed by Notebookcheck. Both come with a flip-out two-prong US AC plug and EU, UK, and AU adapters for use during travels.

The front has three USB-C ports and one USB-A port. Individually, two of the USB-C ports can output a maximum of 140W/100W, while the third USB-C port can output a maximum of 65W. The USB-A port can output a maximum of 22.5W. Per-port charging output is reduced when multiple devices are connected.

Gallium nitride (GaN) transistors along with AI power delivery control are used to provide high power output from a compact design that measures 62 x 65 x 34 mm (2.4 x 2.6 x 1.3 in.).

The GaNsta Pixel 100W charger has an MSRP of $79.99 while the 140W charger has an MSRP of $89.99. Both are available in orange, blue, and gray, and they will be arriving soon on Amazon.
