Earlier this week, BLU Products has unleashed two new unlocked handsets on the US market. Although both come with very low price tags, the $85 USD Dash X2 and the $70 USD Dash M2 feature full metal bodies and ship loaded with Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Both handsets are powered by the 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6580 SoC and have a 5-inch display, but they come with different resolutions and specs. These are their remaining highlights:
- BLU Dash X2 - 1 GB RAM, 8 GB storage, 720p resolution, 8 MP main camera
- BLU Dash M2 - 512 MB RAM, 4 GB storage, 854X480 pixels resolution, 5 MP main camera
While none of these two handsets features 4G LTE, they both have dual-SIM capabilities and will work on Verizon Wireless, AT&T, T-Mobile, and so on. Dash X2 only comes in black and can be purchased from Amazon for $84.9 USD, while the cheaper M2 is available in gray and carries a price tag of $69.9 USD.

In my early school days, I hated writing and having to make up stories. A decade later, I started to enjoy it. Since then, I published a few offline articles and then I moved to the online space, where I contributed to major websites that are still present online as of 2021 such as Softpedia, Brothersoft, Download3000, but I also wrote for multiple blogs that have disappeared over the years. I've been riding with the Notebookcheck crew since 2013 and I am not planning to leave it anytime soon. In love with good mechanical keyboards, vinyl and tape sound, but also smartphones, streaming services, and digital art.
