Asus announces AMD-based ZenBook S 13 and Intel-based ZenBook Pro 15 Flip laptops with OLED panels
In early 2022, Asus announced a few new ZenBook OLED laptops, but those were not all the planned models for this first half of the year, apparently. Another two new OLED laptops were introduced yesterday with the announcement of the ZenBook S 13 and the Pro 15 Flip. This time around, Asus is offering solutions for both Team Red and Team Blue fans, as the 13-incher comes with AMD’s latest ultra-low power mobile processor + RDNA2 iGPU, while the 15-inch convertible integrates Intel’s Alder Lake processors with the new ARC dGPU models.
The specs for the ZenBook S 13 OLED include:
- 13.3-inch OLED touch display with 2880 x 1800 resolution, 16:10 aspect ratio, Corning Gorilla Glass NBT protective layer, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut
- Asus Pen 2.0 support
- AMD Ryzen 7 6800U APU that can boost up to 4.7 GHz + integrated Radeon 680M GPU based on the RDNA2 architecture
