Almost every year, Apple spends a day in September unveiling its most awaited products, with the iPhone taking the center stage. This year is no different, with the Cupertino giant seemingly all set to drop four new iPhones and a bunch of other accessories at its "Awe Dropping" event today. But as is tradition, a select few Apple products are also nearing the end of their lives on Apple's website, which have been detailed below:
iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max: No surprises here, since Apple likes to sell only the latest generation of Pro iPhones on its website.
iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus: The iPhone 16 and 16 Plus will stick around at more affordable prices, with their predecessors waving goodbye. Thanks to this move, Apple's iPhone lineup will finally be fully compatible with Apple Intelligence.
Apple Watch SE 2: The second generation of the Apple Watch is already three years old, and is more than likely to be replaced with the third-gen Watch SE with more powerful hardware.
Apple Watch Ultra 2 and Series 10: Hardly a shocking revelation for anyone who keeps up with the product line. Apple has always preferred phasing out older Watch iterations when the new one arrives, and this year is unlikely to be any different.
Interested folks and potential customers can watch the iPhone 17-focused event on Apple's website as well as YouTube.
