Anker releases new upgraded version of compact charger in UK

A new version of the Anker Nano Charger (45W, Smart Display) has been released in the UK. The original model, also known as the Anker Nano Charger (45W, Smart Display), was launched in China in 2025.

Anker’s upgraded version of the Nano 45W charger brings a feature requested by many users of the older gadget: over-the-air updates. Via the Anker app, the device will get recognition for future iPhone models. Alongside recognition of the iPhone 18, the charger gained support for AVS charging, designed to prevent device battery wear. This was pushed to the charger via an update which began rolling out on September 30th.

The Anker Nano Charger (45W, Smart Display) has a single USB-C port, supporting up to 45W charging. Intelligent phone recognition and the built-in Care Mode are designed to adjust the power output in real time. Plus, charging information is shown on the integrated display at one end of the gadget. It measures 77.3 x 35.8 x 34.0 mm (~3.04 x 1.41 x 1.34 inches) and weighs 90 g (~3.17 oz). It is worth noting that this model does not have folding pins.

You can now buy the upgraded Anker Nano Charger (45W, Smart Display) in the UK with an RRP of £34.99. However, it is currently reduced by £8.00 to £26.99 at the brand’s online store and via its Amazon storefront. This version of the Anker smart charger was released in other countries, such as the US (curr. $25.99 at Amazon US) earlier in 2026. At the time of writing, only black and white variants of the product are offered in the UK, despite Anker selling burgundy, light blue and orange versions in other markets.
