Anker SOLIX Solarbank 2 E1600 Plus and Pro launch with discount
The Anker SOLIX Solarbank 2 E1600 Plus and SOLIX Solarbank 2 E1600 Pro are now available to pre-order in Germany. The solar energy storage solutions were announced in April as new products in the company’s balcony power plant range.
You can now buy the Anker SOLIX Solarbank 2 E1600 Plus and Pro for the discounted prices of €999 and €1,099, respectively. Plus, customers are offered a free SOLIX Smart Meter with their purchase, worth €99. These coupons are expected to run until June 10th, when customers must pay the full price of €1,099 or €1,199. Various sets are offered, including Beginner, Garden and Flat Roof, or you can build your own. Bundle prices currently range from €1,199 to €5,359.
The Solarbank 2 E1600 Plus and Pro use LiFePo4 technology, each with a 1,600 Wh capacity, and they can be stacked with up to five more 1,600Wh batteries. One difference between the Plus and Pro models is found in the number of MPP trackers - the Pro has two MPPTs for a 1,200W input, while the Pro offers four, increasing the input power to 2,400W. The Pro will begin to ship on June 17th, but the Plus will not arrive until July 15th; Anker notes that solar panels and other accessories will ship separately.
