More details about the upcoming Anker Nano 45W Wall Charger with Smart Display appear to have leaked. This accessory first appeared in leaked images in July 2025.
Now, a fresh report by AnkerInsider seems to confirm the size of this new Nano 45W Wall Charger. Its dimensions are said to be 43 x 36 x 35 mm (~1.7 x 1.4 x 1.4 inches). Volumetrically speaking, that makes it around 40% bigger than the brand’s existing Nano Charger (45W), also known as model A2692, which measures 33 x 32 x 36.9 mm (1.3 x 1.26 x 1.45 inches).
The post on X.com also provides a list of devices which are expected to be compatible with the accessory’s battery protection mode. The list includes the iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 series, as well as iPads released after 2020, which support USB-C. Details about this battery protection mode have yet to surface. It may be that it will automatically pause charging if the connected device’s battery gets too hot.
As a reminder, Anker already offers a Battery Temperature Protection Mode on some power banks, such as the Laptop Power Bank (25K, 165W, Built-In and Retractable Cables) (model A1695). This feature is activated when the detected battery temperature of the accessory is particularly high or low, pausing charging until a normal temperature is reached.
We already know that the new 45W Wall Charger has a single USB-C output, a charging schedule and a digital display, with support for Bluetooth. There will be controls available via the Anker app, and folding pins make it more compact. Also known as model A2693, the Anker Nano 45W Wall Charger with Smart Display is expected to launch in the US, if not globally, before the end of 2025. As an indication of how much it could cost, it is expected to be more expensive than the Anker Nano Charger (45W), which retails for $34.99 (curr. $19.99 at Amazon).
